Platform Banner Marquees Pack
I like the little 8-bit SNES Mini Icons, I've included them in my new "Banner Marquee Setup". The banners run with me in BigBox mode on the second screen. The banner marquees are stretched out. The first pack contains 115 Banner Marquees, with many more to come. Such as Favorites, System Hacks, Played etc.

Arcade Cabinet Platform Banners
This is a set of arcade cabinet images intended to be used as banners for arcade platforms or playlists in BigBox. To achieve the look from the example screenshot, I recommend using my corresponding Simple Arcade Clear Logos set along with keltoigael's CityHunter theme.
After being inspired by the arcade section of viking's Hardware Platform Set I set out to create some arcade cabinet images with a more retro look, like the dedicated cabinets of the mid to late eighties and early nineties. In most cases I used Williams Electronics' Defender as a template, adding the marquee, side art, bezel, control panel overlay, and gameplay images of a representative game from each developer to create an end look that in many cases is very similar to the original cabinets. In some cases I took more creative license, such as with Cave's DoDonpachi, and in others simply polished and modified existing images of iconic cabinets, including BurgerTime, Centipede, Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and the Neo Geo MVS system.
Platforms/Games:
Arcade Classics: Cabal (TAD) Arcade Shooters: Raiden (Seibu Kaihatsu) Atari: Centipede Capcom (non-CPS): 1943: The Battle of Midway Capcom CPS-1: Street Fighter II: The World Warrior Capcom CPS-2: Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes Capcom CPS-3: Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Cave: DoDonpachi Data East: BurgerTime Irem: R-Type II Jaleco: The Astyanax Konami: Contra Midway: Mortal Kombat II Namco: Pac-Man Neo Geo: Multiple Nintendo: Donkey Kong Sega: Golden Axe SNK (non-Neo Geo): Ikari Warriors Taito: Space Invaders Technos: Double Dragon Tecmo: Rygar Toaplan: Twin Cobra Williams: Defender Installation instructions:
Unzip archive. In LaunchBox, right-click on desired arcade platform or playlist, then click "Edit." In the "Images" area on the right hand side, click "Add Image" and browse to the desired banner image. Once the banner image has been added, right-click the banner image, select "Image Type," then "Banner." In the "Notes" tab, copy and paste the platform text from "Platform Descriptions.txt" into the editable text field. Click "OK" to confirm changes.585 downloads

Switch Theme Platform Banners V1.0
By ghostarcade
These platform banners are intended to be used in tandem with Grila's Switch theme, which I think is still one of the best custom themes available. I wanted to enhance the theme by designing platform banners which match the style. These banners look great once installed and will make the theme look seamless and consistent in design. Clean and minimal with no compression and with a matching background colour. I've included some platforms which are yet to be fully emulated, just to future-proof the set. If there are any platforms you'd like me to add in future, drop a comment below.
Enjoy.

Nebula Banners
By OKTrashPanda
Started a project a while ago to create a complete set of stylistically coherent banners. And when I say complete i mean complete. I used the LB platform list as a starting point and branched out from there, covering every platform I could think of, and made a few up for my own use. I went with a "nebula" style background since it seems like that's what kids are into these days and searched for high quality assets. Obviously this means the starting point was Evan Amos's photos and THK's logos, but I used many other sources as well and quite a few of the logos were just not available in decent quality online so I actually made a bunch of both company and platform logos by hand.
This collection is US centric so American names and images are given priority above international counterparts. I'm already working on a set of Euro-centric banners though, so don't feel left out. After that I might begin working on a Japanese-centric set if I feel up to it. We shall see. Comments and advice are more than welcome. If you notice any glaring mistakes or omissions, please don't hesitate to point them out. These are actually pretty easy to edit and replace. Suggestions on changes needed for the European set are also quite welcome. Anything outside of the obvious (Mega Drive, blue swirl for Dreamcast, different SNES, different Vectrex logo, different 7800 controllers, etc.) is something that I'm likely to miss. I'm aware that not every one of these platforms is emulated yet but I'm less concerned with that and more concerned with getting as many platforms included as possible. Please enjoy!

City Hunter Themed Platform Marquees
By Hank7_98
This is a large file. I tried to compress it as much as possible. I re-worked a lot of originals once I had a better understanding of layout/capabilities. I am using Microsoft Publisher, so I'm limited to some extent but on a widescreen display these look good with the City Hunter Theme.
These images go in your Platform/Playlist Banner Images Folder. They will display on your second screen. They are done in 1080 resolution.
I am not affiliated with the guys who created the amazing City Hunter theme in any way. I just saw a niche in an area where a lot of work hadn't been done yet and I needed a way to keep my controls straight across all of the platforms so I created these for my own use. I posted them on here for everyone to use if they wish. It's my small way of giving back to the great community of people who have done so much to help me get my cabinet up and looking great.
If you have any questions, or want any others worked up feel free to contact me directly.

BannerBox Bordered Clear logo Banners
By damageinc86
Here are my files that I used to create banners for use with my personal collection since I switched to the Banner Box theme by @faeran They incorporate Crylen's framed clear logos, several different fan art Top images, and a few different System art images. Included is also my community theme creator folder to see how it was all put together, and to edit (just have to point it to your launchbox install instead), along with all associated working images and PSD files used. Also included my Banner Box PSD folder that I used to work on playlists and anything else that needed to be done.

Custom Platform Marquee Images for 32" Cabinet Marquee Screens
By Jason Carr
Hey all, this is a package of 28 (currently) marquee screen images for your platforms and platform categories. It works best with marquee screens on 32" cabinets. All images have a resolution of 1920x360 pixels. Personally, I use them with my Super Pixelcade LCD Marquee screen: https://creativeartsandtechnology.com/product/recroom-lcd/
I use the Rec Room Masters Xtension 32" cabinet version, despite the fact that I my cabinet is not Rec Room Masters (it's custom built, see here): https://forums.launchbox-app.com/topic/70171-jasons-arcade-cabinet-build
Anyways, I could not previously find platform marquee images that I was happy with, so I built custom-built some for myself, and I thought that I should probably share them. Thanks to so many awesome people in the LaunchBox community that have already provided the backgrounds and clear logos that I'm using in these marquee images.
In order to use these images, all you have to do is extract the zip file into your LaunchBox\Images folder, and everything should go into the right spot. You may also need to delete some existing platform and platform category banner images in order to make sure that those aren't used instead of these, however.
Here's a complete list of all of the marquee images:
Enjoy!

Jays Arcade Platform Marquees
By JaysArcade
I created a bunch of marquees to be used for platforms. These were created with the Vertical Aspirations theme in mind, but they can be used anywhere a generic platform marquee is needed. I have included the template and some instructions (Gimp). If you find yourself creating more to fill in any that I've missed (and I've missed plenty I'm sure), please share them in the comments and I will add them to the archive. Most of these were created with the White Trim - Platform Clear Logo Set by @RetroNi. A very good clear logo set I might add. The background used is from the Color Logos Wallpaper created by @dragon57.
Special thanks to @kidshoalin for the use of the Playlist and Platform Category Marquees he created. These can be found in the seperate add-on pack.

Platform Banners Organized
By fromlostdays
Disclaimer: I did not create any of these files. Special thanks goes out to Scree and all contributing artists. Also thanks to Kerszr for rounding all of these images up. If any of the content creators want me to remove their work from this set, please contact me and I will do so asap.
This file is a only a reupload of Kerszr's bundle of various Platform Banners, renamed and organized into a single zip. The total file count is 330. I spent a lot of time renaming these, so please forgive any errors or typos. You will still have to make sure the naming matches your system names before using them. Because it was so many files, I let windows automatically append two or more files with the same name as (2),(3) etc. Some of the file names were unrecognizable, and there were a few instances where I didn't even recognize the systems. Again, I apologize for any errors in naming.
The files themselves are in different qualities and resolutions. The list isn't 100 percent comprehensive, but it's pretty huge.
Enjoy.
