Cardagram
By DemmyTree
Not really much to say just tried to make a theme though may not be preferred, i have given it an option on each view i've used to hide the wheel option for the fanart, if no fanart is found it will have a blue background for the text. the CTC files are included alongside should you wish to modify and make a better version for yourself this may not be good but i was happy with the attempt.
Platform view 1: Horizontal with wheel
Platform View 2: Horizonal without wheel
Platform View 3: Vertical with Wheel
Platform View 4, Vertical Without Wheel
V Wheel 1, With Wheel
V Wheel 2, Without Wheel
H Wheel 1. With Wheel

My Room
By Telecom
The theme was created for myself a couple of years ago, so I'm putting it here. It was created on the basis of the amazing Unified theme from the author CriticalCid. Because it was the most suitable candidate for realization of my idea.
The idea was to recreate the atmosphere of a room from those times.
I couldn't find suitable backgrounds on the internet, so I had to learn 3D, namely Blender, to create a couple of pictures for this theme. Yes, I'm probably crazy to learn 3D from scratch for the sake of two pictures. The plan was to create a choice of atmosphere of different console generations.
If the topic is in demand, I will resume updates.

theme Flashycart
By walter10h
Hello and thank you for checking out my brand new theme. Flashycart is an attempt at recreating ODE/Flashcart/Loader interfaces for many different systems. It has taken me hours upon hours of work, and I'm most happy to finally make it public.
Most consoles on this theme make use of Text views. The point is simplicity and speed. 3DS Uses a horizontal wheel.
Each screen is also customizable, as you can change the backgrounds to your liking. On N64 you can add a gif file named animbg.gif if you wish for an animated background. NES, Sega Genesis/Megadrive, Turbografx, and Snes/Sufami support animated backgrounds as well (animbg.gif and animlistbg.gif). 3DS supports regular and animated background (pt_bottom.gif and pt_top.gif).

Pop Art
By zbt1898
Hey all!
This is my first attempt at a theme. It goes with what my cab will look like once it's all done - it's Pop Art! I don't own any of these images, and borrowed them from all over the internet, modfied others, and even have some images from other themes.
Would love to know your thoughts, if you'd like to see any changes.
I have two versions, one that should work on a 27 inch monitor (via pc) and one set for a vertical machine (for those that have modfied Arcade 1up's.
Enjoy!!!

CoinOps Forgotten Worlds Atarashi Theme
By kim_sama98
For those who like the CoinOps theme, this theme is perfect for you. Based on the Forgotten Worlds Atarashi build with some new assets.
Amazing and beautiful views. Like candy cabinet views and retro arcade nostalgia view with ambience sounds
This theme also includes startup theme, two sound packs, and text templates to add your own platform or playlist text
Known Bugs:
In some views, the cabinet doesn't show for a split second
When you launch a game when in the Retro Arcade view, the audio from BigBox will still be playing

PSGC +Arcade
By The Papaw
PSGC +Arcade is about the same as PSGC with an Arcade twist. The PSGC +Arcade themes have been updated with even more custom made Platform/Playlist backgrounds, Audio Clips and Controllers. New screenshots (1-12 basic theme 13-26 SE version) (see changelog below for all the info). PSGC was made to match one of my themes (skins) done for the PSMC media player.
PSGC +Arcade is a Netflix type theme that is great for a home theater experience. The custom colorful fanart backgrounds transition to random Platform/Game artwork on the left side of the screen and to Platform/Playlist/Game video snaps on the right side of the screen after a couple seconds.
SE versions include all the bells and whistles; multiple views, textured backgrounds. SE users also have available to them: 13 platform/playlist audio packs, the platform/playlist video snaps, choice of backgrounds, custom badges that can be used in Launchbox, sound packs, custom made playlists used in the videos, and more.

Haunted Woods (this is a Novelty theme)
By The Papaw
A year or two back when @faeran was making the "theme videos", he had done a halloween theme. I was cleaning up a bunch of my old theme stuff and ran across this one I had done back then but never uploaded. I did open it up in the current version of CTC and re-published it to see if it still worked.
I was brand spanking new at themes and CTC back then, but I was having so much fun with it and I most certainly got a bit carried away with it.
If you decide to download it and check it out, it will go on and on and on, but hang in there. Eventually it might grab a hold of ya.
WARNING 1: It's silly, but might be a bit scary to the little ones
WARNING 2: if you navigate to a new platform, the video sequence starts all over again, you been warned !
WARNING 3: If you watch the video, I reckon you won't have a reason to download the theme
WARNING 4: Please leave a comment, if you don't, there won't be any comments
- Enjoy

bigbox theme KZARCADE (1080p Theme with Video Bezels)
By THIBAUT
Hello everybody !
I'm happy to share with you my first BigBox theme.
I made it for my home arcade machine.
This is my first theme and I would be very grateful if you could tell me what is not working on your screens and what I could improve.
Likewise, don't hesitate to ask me about other platforms.
I tried to do my best for the fallbacks, don't hesitate to tell me if there are things that are wrong and I will correct them.
Description of the theme :
There are bezels (1920/1080) and marquees (1920/360) for:
- Nes / Supernes / NeoGeo / Dreamcast / Genesis / N64 / Windows / Xbox / Xbox 360 / Playstation / Playstation 3.
- I created fallback image and video backgrounds for other platforms. (Hope it works !)
- Platformwheelview 1 with information and video bezels (character dance) :
- Platformwheelview 2 with information and a random games character :
- Platformwheelview 3 with Faeran's arcade cabinet on a fanart background and a random game character :
- Gamewheelview 1 with video bezels (character dance) and game information on the marquee (recommended for arcade cabinet) :
- Gamewheelview 2 with fanart bezel and game information on the marquee (recommended for arcade cabinet) :
- Gameviews 3 with two information panels on each side of the fanart bezel (recommended for single screen) :
- Gameviews 4 the same panels on each side of the Faeran cabinet arcade (recommended for single screen) :

Essence
By DazStelfox79
Welcome to Essence an elegant theme with a beautiful animated background that compliments the Home Screen & all Game views .
It was designed in a screen resolution of 1920x1080 with Windows Scale & Layout settings at 100% so hopefully it should work with other screen resolutions.
No need for Steam Banners as this theme is just for box images only.
Make sure you Refresh all images in BigBox options/Image Cache.
Make sure you set Platform & Game images as Boxes within the game options in Launchbox.
INSTALLATION
Download the zip file and unblock it (right click the zip file, goto "Properties" then at the bottom put a tick in the "Unblock" box, hit ok when done) then extract the folder to --\Launchbox\Themes.
Big thanks to faeran for the inspiration of a (Spotlight), Featured game in platform view from his 3-Dimensions theme

Titan
By DazStelfox79
Titan is a multimedia theme for all your games, movies, music & tv which shines on your living room TV.
This theme starts up with details of a featured game or movie ect relating to the platform, playlist or category selected on your Home Screen to remind you of what is in your collection. The top row on Home Screen is all your Platforms & Playlists ect & the bottom row is a collection of Recently Played short cuts which once highlighted will display Fan Art & Metadata to remind you of what you were previously playing.
It was designed in a screen resolution of 1920x1080 with Windows Scale & Layout settings at 100% so hopefully it should work with other screen resolutions.
All Steam Banners are required to be in the original size of 460x215 in order to scale correctly in this theme which can be downloaded from www.steamgriddb.com
Make sure you Refresh all images in BigBox options/Image Cache.
This theme is highly customisable as there are many Platform & Games views to choose from all with changeable menu controls, British/European & American Movie & Game age rating images, Avatar pictures for your profile & you can even put your own name with your avatar.
INSTALLATION
Download the zip file and unblock it (right click the zip file, goto "Properties" then at the bottom put a tick in the "Unblock" box, hit ok when done) then extract the folder to --\Launchbox\Themes.
Make sure you set Platform & Game images as Steam Banners within the game options in Launchbox. Then for them to be used in the theme correctly set the priority of the boxes view to prioritise Steam Banners first - if you ever want to revert this it is then simply a case of lowering the priority of the steam banners in the boxes list rather than having to remove or reorganise images. To do this open Launchbox and go to Tools --> Options and in the window that appear select Box Front Properties in the Images section and use the Up button to move the Steam Banners to the top of the list.
Included in my theme is alternative control layouts for Microsoft Xbox & Sony Playstation consoles, a collection of steam Banners for games of various platforms which i have resized to 460x215 & a collection of Movie Box Images, Clear Logos, Background Wallpapers & Steam Banners to get you started or download the brilliant plugin Movie Scraper (Reboot 2023) from JoeViking245 to download Movie metadata, Link is below.

RetrOS - Commodore Amiga
RetrOS - Commodore Amiga
Here is the last theme for now in my series of little system specific OS based themes I have been working on, this one is based on the Commodore Amiga Workbench 2.0. It is quite a bit more complex than my other two themes, it comes with a whole set of system & genre artwork which are mostly edited and re-coloured versions of the default LaunchBox icons, along with some of my own original pixel-art icons to fill in the gaps. The theme also includes an animated startup theme and a shutdown theme.
There are some little easter eggs here and there that should hit those nostalgia buttons...

Mini Consoles Theme - RetroSai Nostalgia - Form over Function
By Saieno
The inception of this project was catalyzed by observing the theme presented by exodus_cl. Inspired, I set out to architect a theme that would not only epitomize the unique ethos, ambience, and distinctiveness of each gaming platform I personally had the experience of using, but also pay reverence to their original design principles. Delving deep, I recreated and sometimes re-imagined themes of official mini consoles. Concurrently, I envisioned and formulated how other platforms, not originally themed by their respective manufacturers, might have been conceived.
A nuanced observation would reveal that each Atari platform, while retaining its distinct character, embodies a similar ambience. This pattern can be observed across platforms like Nintendo and SEGA. For contemporary consoles, my approach gravitated towards capturing the essence of their dashboards, trying to evoke a profound sense of nostalgia. Distinctive views have also been crafted for platforms like PS2 and Xbox, reminiscent of the Demo Disks prevalent during their era.
Theme Features:
Aesthetic Integrity: Each console view crafted is a celebration of its unique vibe, endeavoring to pay the highest tribute to its original design.
Dashboard Designs: Faithful recreations of existing Mini-Console dashboards are accompanied by imaginative conceptions of those that remain uncharted by official designers.
Nostalgic Inclusions: Optional views are available replicating the classic Demo Disks for platforms like PS2 and Xbox.
Auditory Experience: Background music encapsulates either iconic tunes from system games or melodies crafted using the genuine hardware.
Re-imaginative Themes: Mini console themes, including those for the original Playstation and Sega Genesis, have been re-envisioned to seamlessly blend with the overarching theme.
Regional Nuances: Alternate views tailored for specific regions encompass platforms like Famicom, Super Famicom, and the Sega Mega Drive series, to name a few.
Universal View: A generic default games view is present, suitable for any console devoid of a custom design.
UI Recreation: Emulating the ethos of newer consoles, UIs like the Xbox 360 Blades, PS3 XMB, and the WiiU Gamepad have been faithfully recreated.
Recommended Configuration:
Startup View: Platforms Games List View: Horizontal Wheel 1 Platforms List View: Platform Wheel 1 View Consistency: Ensure separate views are maintained for each platform. Please refrain from bypassing the game details screen, as bespoke game details screens have been designed in alignment with the native console/platform system menus where pertinent.
Critical Information: Within each custom platform, the Game Details View Menu is subtly concealed, simulating the initiation of a game. To reveal this concealed menu, one must navigate either up or down whilst in the Game Detail View.
Specific View Instructions:
The primary view for most platforms aligns with the Horizontal Wheel 1 view. However, specific cases are outlined as:
Systems devoid of a custom view should adopt the CoverflowGamesView. For the Playstation 2 Demo Disk View, resort to the HorizontalWheel2GamesVIew. Platforms like the Microsoft Xbox One, Nintendo Wii, WiiU, and Playstation Vita are best represented by the WallGamesView. For the Microsoft Xbox Demo Disk, Playstation 3, and Playstation Portable, the WheelGamesView is recommended. To ensure the Sega Master System/Sega Mark III Card Games are displayed appropriately, annotate "Card Media." at the conclusion of the Metadata Notes section for each game. Navigational Caution: When interacting with the WiiU, restrict your navigation downwards to prevent the game title from overlapping with other games.
Supported Platforms with Distinct Themes: Duplicate listings are for accommodating particular naming conventions.

Sleipnir
By blattacker
About:
This theme is inspired by Pegasus Frontend's default theme. I personally really love the look of Pegasus, but vastly prefer the functionality of Big Box, so this is me doing my best to combine both worlds. Excluding those credited below, all other custom assets were created by me. As a note: This theme was designed in 4K for use on a large television. Scaling issues present in previous versions have been fixed, to my knowledge. This WIP upload is intended to get fresh eyes on the project and help to identify issues I may not be running into with my limited usage, as well as provide a better version of this theme than was currently available during a period of time where I don't have as much free time as I have previously.

Finally, many thanks to @y2guru for the Community Theme Creator. While this version no longer uses the CTC, I would have never started on this journey, nor gotten nearly as far, without it.

Hypermax Refried
Hi guys. This theme was created based on the glorious theme for Emulation Station called Hypermax.
I have tested it on my 55 inches TV screen and it looks amazing.
Theme runs fast and I did not have performance issues.
The theme has 04 platform/Game views - like shown in the video,
with right and left wheels positions to please everyone.
Features:
* Support for 121 platforms (Platform Clearlogos/Controller/Console images already included);
* Light animations - performance should not be an issue;
* The theme has its own platform logos, some were present on original Hypermax, and others were created by me;
* It also includes an image for each console and each console's controller.
* Platform Videos used/shown in the Youtube theme video can be downloaded here:
https://www.mediafire.com/folder/uxxbc2bxu3pbb/Hypermax_Videos
(Access the above link and choose the platform video you wish and download it)

(when you press down L3 on platform view you will be able to change "Platforms List View" and when you press Down L3 on Games View, you will be able to change "Games List View")

Ace Arcade Theme - Inspired by Switch Online/Nes Compendium 4:3 and 16:9
By taketoch
Hi everyone
This theme was made for my arcade cabinet that had a 4:3 screen for old games. But I made compatible for 16:9.
Because I build this machine and made the logo myself I wanted something really simple theme without animation and a simple wall.
There is two colors : choose wheel and Wall 2 for the Yellow
I was inspired by POC , ColorFull , Nes compendium, switch online.
There is a lot of stuff that I would like to add
- Arrow left and right
- a selection on the wall ( square yellow outline)
Hope you like it ! and if you can help me on these topic please comment.
This theme exist because of the work of other people from the Community, thanks for sharing

The Wall!
By Surfdeign
Good Day,
This theme started out as just an update for my Surf Vision! theme to add an outline to the wall views. As I started playing around with templates in the CTC, I realized that it was becoming a lot of work creating separate theme views for multiple platforms that required each one to be updated separately. As I was working on that, I just started putting together templates and **BOOM** The Wall! was born.
This does require the latest stable BigBox version 13.1. The majority of elements in this theme are generated on the fly from YOUR artwork. You MUST have the below art as a minimum in your Launchbox images and videos folders and metadata updated.
Launchbox/Images/Platforms - Clear Logo, Device, Fan Art, Default Art
Launchbox/Images/<platform name> - Clear Logo, Box Front, Cart Front, Fan Art (or Screen Shots/Ad Flyer)
Launchbox/Videos/Platforms - <platform videos>
I am running a Ryzen 3600, 1660 Super, 16GB with Launchbox installed on two 8TB spinners with a NVME boot drive. I am seeing some lag, especially when first loading Wall View 1 and 2. You will probably get a black screen while the view caches. Usually, this only happens the first viewing, but I've seen it take up to 20 seconds to render the view even after that. I'm not sure why it does this but open to suggestions to fix. If your system is less powerful than this, I would suggest not using this theme, but try it out anyhoo!
I use Platform View 1, Wall View 4 with Game Details turned on for the most part, but there are multiple views to try out!
I didn't bind any elements to the BigBox options menu, so I don't think much can be controlled visually from there. The game count does not work on playlists for some reason.
Hope you enjoy and please let me know of any bugs or other suggestions. I don't plan on changing the format very much and may come out with small updates.
Thank You!

PSGC
By The Papaw
The PSGC theme has been updated with even more custom made Platform/Playlist backgrounds, Audio Clips and Controllers. New screenshots (1-10 basic theme 11-20 SE version) (see changelog below for all the info). PSGC was made to match one of my themes (skins) done for the PSMC media player.
PSGC is a Netflix type theme that is great for a home theater experience.

9999999-in-1 Famiclone
By walter10h
Another one of my super simple themes, this one is a homage to one of the pirate consoles that abuela would get for us, but we still loved her because now we get 9999999 games (more like 65 games and clones or romhacks of said games). I'm talking about the Polystation. There's nothing too exciting here. A black background, white text, make your selection and play, but the minimalism does it for me.
