Here is an early release version of theme Radiance. This theme is based around the Aura theme by iGarikoitz. Things to note: Theme works best with game music. Theme works best when you have 1 boxart image per game. If you have more than 1 boxart image for a game, the box highlight may not work properly. This is because the coverflow will randomly select a boxart image to display, and the box highlight will also randomly select a boxart image to use for sizing the highlight. If they choose differently, then it will look off. There is currently no way to know which image the coverflow will select to display. This theme does not work well if a system has boxart that is not uniform. Custom changes on a per-platform basis need to be made. All system may not be currently covered. If you find a system that is not currently covered, please let me know and I'll look into it. Have fun! Credits: Faeran - Created the Radiance theme for Launchbox iGarikoitz - The inspiration for Radiance, including his Aura and Aura 4k themes for RetroFE Tronkyfran - Platform background graphics used from his Tronkyfran theme for Emulation Station

****** NOTE THIS THEME IS BUILT FOR STEAM STYLE BANNERS FOR THE FLOWCONTROL WHEEL. ********* This is my one & only theme called Play Box that started off as a personal project to what i desired which was a modern look of the sony playstation 4 & Microsoft xbox one consoles user interfaces with nostalgic retro views of classic games. This theme is highly customisasble & has been several months of hard but enjoyable work, I have tested at 1920 x 1080p screen resolution & all seems fine so any positive feedback would be gratefull. Included in my theme is a customisable Username with Avatar picture that you can edit to use your own picture & therefor the picture needs to be 62px x 62px in size. To change the names you can just select the canvas, click & drag a rectangle shape over the names & delete. Then create a new Text & input your own names. This can be done with any editing tool such as Paint 3D in Windows 10, Or you can use the 10 other Presets that i have included. As for Menu control layouts i have created them mostly for Microsoft XBOX One but i have also included Sony Playstation 4 control layouts as an alternative. There are 3x Platform views & 11x Game views to choose from all with menu controls. I have sourced all fan art backgrounds through google & with them i have created over 350 VideoBorders for modern & classic systems. Important note**If the Background & VideoBorder views do not display properly for a platform on your system, there will most likely be naming conflicts between your platforms & files in my theme. To fix this issue, you must locate these files in the Background & VideoBorder folders of my Play Box theme then change the names to your actual platforms name. Installation Unzip the Play Box folder to your Launchbox /Themes directory. Setting up Steam Banners Make sure you set Platform & Game images as Steam Banners within the game options in Launchbox. Then for them to be used in the theme correctly set the priority of the boxes view to prioritise Steam Banners first - if you ever want to revert this it is then simply a case of lowering the priority of the steam banners in the boxes list rather than having to remove or reorganise images. To do this open Launchbox and go to Tools --> Options and in the window that appear select Box Front Properties in the Images section and use the Up button to move the Steam Banners to the top of the list. Big thanks to Jason Carr, CriticalCid & RetroHumanoid for there Unified themes which has inspired me to create my videoborder views. and a thanks to Nosh for Banners which i have slightly edited to scale to my theme A special thanks to Grilla for his Game controller plugin which has enabled me to show the status & battery progress of my Game controllers. My last Videos .A little message to thank you for your welcome but I decided to stop my editing on the one hand because I have less free time and I prefer to spend it with my loved ones rather than being in front of a screen, and on the other hand, because in the end it's also a lot of energy, time to spend and personal investment for very little return, the community is clearly looking for simple snaps, and goes to the basics, is not me who says it but the number of download. A video with 5 gameplay screens and a flashing title will triple download and have more chance to walk than a video edited and animated with the same timing ... (attention I do not aim at anyone and I do not denigrate the work of noboby is simply an observation, a fact ). I tried something different I hope that it will have more to some despite all. I leave the place to the young! I remain of course active despite everything on the forum but it will be rather the side of the big box theme custom that you will meet me thank you for taking the time to read me ! Hello guys!! It take a lot of work but I hope you like it. I created all the cartridges in 3D for our beloved Sega Master System. It was my first console so I give my best efford on it. There are 322 cartridges including USA, Europe, Australia and Brazil games. You can see how it looks here, and if like it please leave a comment ;D I must say that I remade all the 3D boxes too, following the Robin55 template. So If you are interested on them you can download the pack. You'll find the 3D Boxes in 698x1102 pixels quality. Feel free to use it on your projects and see ya soon!!

I decided to start a 'unified' set of themes for ScummVM. However, my collection only consists of 17 games, so the "complete" collection from me is going to be far from it. That said, I have also attached my After Effects project file in this post. It contains all of the assets used to complete this first video and the project file should be plug and play for any other AE users out there that might want to add to whatever I don't get up here myself. I will try and add other things too, but I have lots of other projects I'm working on, as well, so we will have to see on that. Anyway I hope people enjoy these for their own setups. The AE project contains everything to easily add new game footage, clear logos, background wallpaper for behind the game footage and music (or mute and use the game's audio) without needing to make too many adjustments aside from some minor tweaks here and there. There are many pre-comps in the project primarily to try and keep things tidy and easy to dig through. Should be pretty quick to crank additional videos out with this... I hope. I should be able to get all of these up before the weekend, but the full set of what I have from my collection will be: 1. The 7th Guest 2. Beneath A Steel Sky 3. Broken Sword: The Shadow of the Templars 4. Broken Sword II: The Smoking Mirror 5. The Dig 6. Full Throttle 7. Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis 8. Maniac Mansion 9. Day of the Tentacle 10. The Secret of Monkey Island 11. Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge 12. The Curse of Monkey Island 13. Return to Zork 14. Sam & Max Hit the Road 15. Simon the Sorcerer 16. Simon the Sorcerer II: The Lion, the Wizard and the Wardrobe 17. Zack McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders scummvm_unified_folder.7z

I was pretty unhappy with how the first one turned out. Made it in a rush just to have something in my setup since it has been blank for a long time. This is a second attempt and I think I prefer this one much better. All of the themes featured were made by me except for the TMNT one (made by @RetroHumanoid) and are downloadable here in the forums.

Hey everyone! This is the first time i'm sharing something so go easy on me Although I have been building my collection for a while and hopefully have many more things coming. I just threw together these platform logos for my own personal use and figured someone else might like them as well. They are based on a template that I found on picnic.com. Eventually I would like to make minor changes like change the blue with wallpaper like images for the corresponding image, If I decide to use them. I also included my PDN template (paint.net) if anyone wants to make any changes or anything. Enjoy!

This is a modern looking theme I've been working for a month or so. It has 2 platform views and 4 game views. One of the game views is very simalair to the Xbox One Interface. There's lots of art included in this theme. All of it was found via Google image search, so I don't believe there should be any legal issues with using it. I've also created and included some custom playlist banners. If anyone wants to create and share any custom art for this theme that would be awesome. I intend to add more views. Feel free to offer suggestions. To install -- just extract the Alyssa folder into your Launchbox/themes folder. Alyssa_-_A_Modern_Theme.mp4

Here is a set of 1920 x 1080 game play video snaps (~30 seconds each) for Pinball FX3 that I created. Note the pinball table logos that fade in at end; credit to others on those. The files have been compressed by about 50% since in most cases the window used to view these in a theme will be much smaller. If someone wants the native 1920x1080 files, let me know (~65 MB each). I do not have all the Pinball FX3 games yet but will add the others as I get them (42 as of this posting). This project is made possible by @Antny, @Kondorito, @Mr. RetroLust, @dssbob and @Orionsangel *IMPORTANT*: If you want to stay up to date of new packs and updates use the "Follow" button in the upper right corner. Any future updates will not be displayed in the "What's New" section. The aim of this project is a complete overhaul of the often used cabinet images (Arcade machines, Pinball, and Slots/Casino), including but not limited to: Higher resolution and quality versions of up to 2160 pixels vertically (Ultra HD)! All images have a transparent background! Higher accuracy of different regions and versions of cabinets All color corrected and optimized to get the most out of any image Many many new cabinets, previously missing from collections Reconstructed images, either entirely new photo realistic reconstructions or existing images which had previously missing parts added The possibilities of this project are endless, it will let frontends and arcade collections look much better as theme creators will be able to use the arcade cabinets category much more efficiently. Creators, Bloggers, Writers, Reviewers etc. will be able to use these images directly in their media and content enriching the community and history. Arcade games databases can be updated. Any creative process you can think of will be made much easier and look better. Please note that future Mame updates might change names of some roms, you might have to manually change the file name of the image in those particular cases, however when this project is eventually finished it will be uploaded completely to the launchbox game database so renaming them won't be necessary. So, follow this thread for any new updates! It will take a while before we finish the entire project but you will be able to download updates along the way An early impression of the project using the FutureState Neon Deluxe theme as an example how we can use these images. ______________________________________________________________________________ Credits and special thanks: @Antny let it be known!: without him this project would never be what it is, his years long collection of photo's is of great value to arcade history preservation, thanks buddy for everything you've done and do! @dssbob Thank you so much for the amazing work you do on this project, you work super fast and accurate, really glad you found us and the many work you provide! All these images have been automatically generated. Scanning through them they mostly look alright. All named to game title. I havent gone through them properly so have a look before moving them into LB. These images are ones that I couldn't scrape. But I think I might have accidentally left some psp mini screenshots that are already available on the database in the pack. Sorry im to lazy to go through them all. A mixture of sizes. Gamecube - 534 PS1 - 138, each game has 2 images so 2..7... whatever double 138 is. Its late. PSN - 15 - again 2 images PSP minis - 288 WiiU - 5 - 2 images

Welcome to Retrotastic! A fun little theme hoping to capture childhood memories through the artwork of the systems we know and love. The theme comes pre-packaged with over 150 platform/playlist backgrounds. Each one can be customized or replaced altogether. Please read the documentation for more info. This theme can also display game specific backgrounds and graphics, check the demo video to see an example of this (look out for the NES section of the video), and view the documentation for how to create and add your own. Please read the documentation to add your own flair to this theme! Retrotastic - Documentation.pdf This theme comes with a few different views: Platform View 1 - A view with a vertical platform wheel Platform View 2 - A view with a horizontal platform wheel Game View 1 - The main vertical game wheel view. This view determines which type of media a platform has, and displays its appropriate animation. Game View 2 - Vertical game wheel with spinning disc based animation (this view is redundant, and only use if a platform is not displaying its spinning disc in Game View 1. Game View 3 - Vertical game wheel is basic animations (the most mainstream view). Game View 4 - Vertical game wheel with no Box image or Cart/Disc image. Designed to allow your game specific backgrounds/graphics to take center stage. Text List View - A text list with box animation Installation Instructions Download the Retrotastic.zip file You may need to right click the zip file, click on properties, and unblock its contents Drag and drop the Retrotastic folder into your LaunchBox/Themes folder Load up BigBox. Go to Options > Views, and choose Retrotastic from the list of Themes. This was truly a collaborative project. If you like this theme, please take a moment to see who made it possible. I have 6000 C64 games and after scraping for game logos from the database and Emumovies I only acquired around 3000. So, as in my other 'unofficial' logo packs here are the missing ones created by myself. This is a big job so I'll release them in alphabetical order as I make them. (E) 97 logos.

Hello again, first of all I want to thank to Robin55 for sharing his work with me and let me use his Photoshop template to create the boxes I needed. now that I've finished my new Sega Mega Drive Wheel I would like to share with all of you this 3D BOX based on the originals from Robin55. I only share this ones because I didn't needed all of them and I don't have enough time to convert all, sorry. I gave them a little bit more definition and the cardboard ones I converted to 3D Box with the incredible template of Robin55. Hope you like it!!

Game preservation is a passion of mine. I have been preserving Roms for well over 30 years. These are works of art , just like movies . If we lost classic movies like "The wizard of oz" forever, future generations would lose a piece of history. We are protecting these Games and celebrate the diverse and awe inspiring joy that they have given us.
