Back to share the complimentary set of PS2 high res disc art that goes hand-in-hand with my 2.5D box art! To my knowledge there is not a complete set of PS2 NTSC disc art out there so I am here to share mine! This set yet again like the majority of my sets includes high resolution and uniformity. This set was complied from a very nice full high res scan set. This set will be part of a uniform series with more platforms to come that use the same exact DVD style template along with same size dimensions and high resolution artwork. This set like all of my sets includes a uniform "Playstation 2" banner when scrolling through your games for nice uniformity. This is all 1,790 released NTSC PS2 games following the no-intro naming scheme. When dropping these in your Launchbox build there may be a few boxes that do not autoload due to the name differences between how Launchbox scrapes the games and what no-intro names them. Therefore you may have to manually update a few images to your liking or use an alternate name within Launchbox itself. Also contained within this set are two sub folders. One folder contains 14 discs that received special edition releases and the other folder contains all the games that had a second disc (not including many of the bonus sound track or dvd movies). This should cover anything but as always if anyone notices any errors please let me know. Enjoy!

This theme is my re-take on the excellent Unified-Refried theme and I called it 'Unified Lives!'. The goal is to present more information to the user during game selection as well as using more graphic assets to complement the display experience. I hope you like it! - An informative game card that shows many details of the currently selected game. - 2 Game wheel views, curved and vertical wheel. - 4 Platform/playlist views which have bordered and full screen video views, also curved and straight wheels. - Single views for game and platform text views (these are necessary views) - ESRB icons. If you don't want them, delete or rename the icons. The 'Not Rated' icon is renamed due to the number of titles without rating. Remove the exclamation from the filename to see it. - Marquee, box 3d, disc, cd, 3d cart and front flyer images are all used. Visibility rules determine how they appear, depending on platform and also file availability. - Designed for 16x9 widescreen displays. If it doesn't look right on yours please let me know! - Visual Icons will be shown for Favorite, Completed and Broken games. They align to the wheel now. - Created with Community Theme Creator 2.2. - Dynamically changing theme images based upon current platform/playlist. just like Refried.

User requested a Startup, Pause, and Shutdown theme to compliment the Pulse BigBox theme. So I decided to see how close I could get to the great design of that theme made by Juketsu. I am not a skilled or seasoned coder, more of a scratch type coder so behind the scenes may not be the prettiest. This was fun seeing how much of the BB theme I could decipher. Since the BB theme was done using the Community Theme Creator and that program uses some custom plugins I had to get creative to replicate some items. The Startup theme's Startup view was modeled after Pulse's HorizontalWheels3GamesView and the Shutdown view was modeled after HorizontalWheels2GamesView. Overall layout, metadata, and some animations are all there from the BB theme. Only creative difference I took was using a red heart for the favorites logo. The BB theme uses the same blue star as the user rating. Installation: Download zip file and be sure to unblock the zip. Simply place the PulseStartup folder inside your \LaunchBox\StartupThemes\ folder (Do NOT rename the folder). Credit(s): @Juketsu Pulse theme is his original design. The Startup theme uses his design and artwork. NOTES: 1. This theme will stay up until Juketsu releases his version. If he is planning to do one. 2. Theme was only tested on a 16:9 and 4:3 aspect monitor.

NOTE: This does NOT interfere with the Leader boards at all. **This removes the nag screen that informs you if a rom doesn't work correctly, or if at all, if you use this no nag, then please do NOT go to the mame support site with issues with games, please only use if you understand that there will be no help from anyone at mamedev as you are using a modified version of mame. mame.exe - Normal Mame with Nags removed. For Version 0.238 (Note mame no longer carries the 64 in its exe name changed by Devs in 0.229) It's advisable to download the full 0.238 official pack and install it, then just overwrite the exe with the replacement, this covers any changes the mame devs may have made to the support files. After you have done this, make sure you copy the folders artwork, ctrlr, cheat, hlsl, ini, folders and the ini files from the root of your original mame folder, and move/copy them to the new install. make sure in the mame.ini file you have the following set. Eclipse Eclipse for BigBox is a different kind of theme. Rather than using the normal theme engine, it uses a plug-in to build the user interface from the ground up. The goal for this plug-in is to provide: Netflix style user interface with multiple lists of games on the screen at one time Voice search Random game function Platform list view Game detail view Options for categorizing games Startup theme Shutdown theme Attract mode (screen saver) Demo Installation Instructions 1. Download: https://forums.launchbox-app.com/files/file/3220-eclipse/ 2. Extract the contents to a folder 3. Inside the Eclipse folder is a folder called LaunchBox 4. Copy the Plugins, StartupThemes, and Themes folders 5. Go to your Launch Box installation folder and paste the copied folders 6. Open Big Box 7. Esc to get to options 8. Select Options > Views 9. Set Theme to Eclipse 10. Set Platforms List View to Platform Wheel 1 11. If you want to use the startup theme, Options > Game Startup - Uncheck Show "Loading Game..." Message - Check Enable Startup Screen - Startup Theme: Eclipse - Minimum Startup Screen Display Time: 5 seconds - Maximum Startup screen Display Time: 5 seconds - Check Hide Mouse Cursor on Startup Screens 12. Go back - the first time the theme starts will take a long load time to generate the image cache 13. NOTE - If you get any errors, you can check the log file called Eclipse.txt in your LaunchBox folder and message me on the forums to let me know General usage - Up, Down, Left, Right - moves around - Enter - selects something - Escape - cancel or go back - pressing it will get you back to the BigBox settings where you can exit the application - Page Up - pick a random game - Page Down - voice search Bezels - Bezel images can be displayed around the preview videos - The system will first look for a game specific bezel. If not found, it will look for a platform specific bezel. If not found, it will look for a default bezel. - A few default bezels are provided with the installation. You can delete them from the folders specified below if you prefer the videos without bezels. Game specific bezels - The system tries to find a game specific bezel image in the following order: 1. In plug-in media directory: ..\LaunchBox\Plugins\Eclipse\Media\Bezels\{PLATFORM}\{CleanGameTitle}.png - Here {CleanGameTitle} replaces any invalid characters with an underscore. Characters like ' and : cannot appear in file names so they are replaced with an underscore - For example: A bezel file for the game "19XX: The War Against Destiny" should have the following path and file name ..\LaunchBox\Plugins\Eclipse\Media\Images\Arcade\Bezel\19XX_ The War Against Destiny.png MAME bezels - If a game specific bezel isn't found in the plug-ins media folder as described above, then the program will look into the MAME installation folder. In order for MAME bezels to work, installing the bezel project for MAME would create files with this structure: ..\LaunchBox\Emulators\MAME\artwork{game.ApplicationFilePath}"Bezel.png" Retroarch bezels - Bezels installed by the bezel project for retroarch will go into a folder location like this: ..\LaunchBox\Emulators\Retroarch\overlays\GameBezels{RetroarchPlatform}{game.ApplicationFilePath}.png Platform specific bezels - These are used if there are no game specific bezels found - You can specify a different image for horizontally and vertically oriented games so that they fit appropriately - The platform specific bezel image files must have the following file names and locations: ..\LaunchBox\Plugins\Eclipse\Media\Bezels\{PLATFORM}\Horizontal.png ..\LaunchBox\Plugins\Eclipse\Media\Bezels\{PLATFORM}\Vertical.png System default bezels - These are used if there are no game specific or platform specific bezels found - You can specify a different image for horizontally and vertically oriented games so that they fit appropriately - The default bezel image files must have the following file name and location: ..\LaunchBox\Plugins\Eclipse\Media\Bezels\Platforms\Default\Horizontal.png ..\LaunchBox\Plugins\Eclipse\Media\Bezels\Platforms\Default\Vertical.png Looking for feedback I'm looking for any suggestions that would make this theme better. What's currently on my list for improvements: New option to add a game to a playlist from the game detail screen New option to display game manuals from the game detail screen Improve image cache logic to better detect differences between LB images and plugin image cache Use VLC for video playback Option to flip box art This could be expanded a bit more to Show achievements in game details Improvements to the options side-panel that opens up under the gear (add some icons and make it look a little less "blah") Several ideas for configuration options Default category and list to pick when opening Minimum number of games required to be included in a category This would allow you to eliminate lists don't have more than 1 game showing in the series category for example Improvements to the loading screen to make it prettier Performance improvements for loading times by doing more work in the background Overhaul of entire codebase Support for any resolution or aspect ratio - currently this only works (well) on 16:9 screens Make game lists more dynamic - the implementation of the lists uses a bunch of static image controls Localization If anyone thinks of anything that could make this theme better, I'd be interested to hear it! Built for speed this theme has a new custom complete set of Platform logos / Category logos and Playlist logos for everything in the LaunchBox Database. There are custom images so it's best to clear the platform clearlogo cache first. Any problems with it please let me know and all feedback is welcome. INSTALLATION Download the zip file and unblock it (right click the zip file, goto "Properties" then at the bottom put a tick in the "Unblock" box, hit ok when done) then extract the folder to --\Launchbox\Themes\ _______________________________________ Thanks as always to @y2guru for his amazing COMMUNITY Theme Creator for BigBox.

Since the BB theme was done using the Community Theme Creator and that program uses some custom plugins I had to get creative to replicate some items. The Pause theme was modeled after Pulse's TextGamesView since a menu is needed. Overall layout, metadata, and some animations are all there from the BB theme. Only creative difference I took was using a red heart for the favorites logo. The BB theme uses the same blue star as the user rating. Installation: Download zip file and be sure to unblock the zip. The menu, depending on how many items you have, may seem like there is a lot of space. Unfortunately that is the way it is. The more items you have the more the space fills are you can see in some pics. I plan a different layout for this, but for now this is the look it has. 3. Theme was only tested on a 16:9 and 4:3 aspect monitor.

This was supposed to be a simple flat theme, but evolved into a 2 in 1, so you have the regular view which is flat and sleek and also you have available an optional view (per device) that resemble some classic mini consoles (including consoles that do not have mini versions as of yet). Features of this theme: Simple flat version that runs fast and looks great. No flashy animations that may affect perfomance. Optional "Classic Mini" view for many systems. Every Classic Mini view has it's own background music. Improved original design of some "Classic Mini" (Such as PSX and Genesis). "Classic Mini" style views for consoles that do not have an oficial Mini version (such as PS2, WII, etc.). Platform/console selection with video (you need to download the video first from regular launchbox menu). First version (1.0.1) has most of the more known consoles in "Classic Mini" style: NES, GB, GBC, Sega Master System, SNES, Turbografx, Gega Genesis, N64, PSX, Dreamcast, Gamecube, PS2, WII, WiiU, etc. Recommended configuration: Platform selection Regular GameList View Optional "Classic Mini" view . Video of the theme in action (no fancy editing for now) Please follow my channel for updates and related content. If you have any questions, please let me know. P.S.: English is not my first language so I apologise for any mistake. P.S.2: Thanks y2guru for your amazing theme editor. Versión 1.2: Added video preview option (if no video, gameplay screenshot fallback) Added Nintendo Switch console view. Added Famicom Mini console View. Added Screenshot window for GB and GBC in console view. Coverflow View for platforms that do not have a console mode yet.

Amstrad CPC Real 3D Box Art Project. There are a few sources of 3D box art out there for the CPC464, though none that are as high resolution, realistic looking and true to the original as I wanted. In the absence of support for true 3D rotatable models, I decided to make this set. This set uses a real cassette template in Photoshop into which the front covers and spines are inserted. English versions used where available, though foreign games are covered too. Most 3D boxes are a "single" cassette box, though there are also double cassette boxes, disk boxes and cardboard boxes. I try and make the box art true to the original. Cassette boxes are prioritised where available. There are a very small number of games that came in boxes of anomalous sizes - I have tended to use the cardboard box template for these. The single cassette box template is of superior quality to the double and disk box templates - if anyone can find the latter 2 in higher quality, let me know, though I'm relatively happy with the ones I have. For freeware/PD/etc games, I am making "blank" cassette templates with the game name stuck to the front and spine of the cassette insert as an embossed label strip (like you could make with those old machines). The rom set used is the Gamebase CPC set, which contains 3299 games. New packs will be added here, so click follow to get updates. Any errors or missing games let me know! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Updates 19 Aug 2021: Pack added (A) 24 Aug 2021: Packs # and A being reworked: double cassette case will have the feint background removed, and 3D boxes for cardboard box games will be added 27 Aug 2021: Freeware/PD/etc games will have a 3D box made - using a blank cassette insert template with the game name printed on an embossed label and stuck to the front and spine 28 Aug 2021: Packs # (75 covers) and A (242 covers) have been updated to fix the translucent background issue for double cassette and disk cases, and PD/freeware 3D boxes have been added 10 Sep 2021: Packs added (B - 219 covers) 6 Nov 2021: Packs added (C - 249 covers)

Here you will find 154 covers for the 3DO in 2 flavours. 1: With Spine (3DO Custom.zip) 2: Without Spine (3DO No Spine.zip) 3: Templates To create New Or Missing Covers (Template.zip) * Covers are .PNG format.* * Covers are the following dimensions - (With Spine 1539x2156) (No Spine 1197x2156)* * You will need Winrar, Winzip or 7-Zip to extract the ".zip" file you download containing the images. * This took me several months of 16 plus hour days to complete. I don't have a clue what I'm doing and was high most of the time. I did this project because I wanted to do something special for my good friend. One of his favourite memories was renting a 3DO from a tiny corner store/video shop and playing Road Rash. Some of my fondest memories come from gaming as well. The images found were sources from all over the net. Many were pre-made covers that were found in various places. Many were from ebay amazon photos on blogs etc... A large bunch are also made from scratch to fill a void. Using skewed box images or multiple box pictures. A bunch of text I tried to recreate and some are my best shot at recreations. Some titles I could not source any good images for. This is NOT an accurate collection by any means. I hope you guys find this useful until someone is able to make a very nice accurate one. Please if you download this take a second to say Hi and comment. Be safe all. djweevil

These are Platform Voices & Voiceover packs I made to use in themes I have been working on in @y2guru's Community Theme Creator. Each pack has the 190+ platforms and Categories with a couple extra variations for a few of them. From 3DO Interactive Multiplayer to ZiNc. They also have a few playlists like "Favorites", "Recently Added", "Broken", etc. They're all in the MP3 format (48kbs) 136 different voices and voiceover packs. This is going to be a very small collection since I only have 2 PlayStation 3 games that I run on RPCS3: Demon's Souls and Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir. I'll probably add more down the road. 1. Demon's Souls 2. Dante's Inferno: Divine Edition 3. Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir 4. 1942: Joint Strike

Here are all the Playlists I've found and created along the way, hopefully this is helpful to some. Check out my other downloads, there's a pack full of the Images that goes along with this. RetroMags was built during a Theme Workshop live stream. If you are interested in creating themes, subscribe to the Unbroken Software YouTube channel. RetroMags A Big Box theme designed to look like the Retro Magazine's of old. The theme was designed using the COMMUNITY Theme Creator, along with some manual code changes in order to utilize the new wheel CoverFlow features not yet currently in the Theme Creator. This theme relies on 1 System Hardware graphic and 3 platform specific game graphics for each platform/playlist/category. I did not include a graphic for every platform out there. If people would like to help contribute platform specific graphics, PM me, or post in this thread and I'll add them to the main theme in a future update. Graphic locations: System Hardware: LaunchBox\Themes\RetroMags\Media\Console Images Graphic 1: LaunchBox\Themes\RetroMags\Media\Platform Image 1 Graphic 2: LaunchBox\Themes\RetroMags\Media\Platform Image 2 Graphic 3: LaunchBox\Themes\RetroMags\Media\Platform Image 3 Please note: The COMMUNITY Theme Creator Project Files are provided for you to learn. If you would like to publish the theme, it will be missing the Platform Wheel and the 2 Wall View wheels. These would have to be added back manually to the theme. They can be found in the theme files within their respective xaml files. Hi everyone! I'm excited to submit my first theme for LaunchBox. Theme Features This theme is an intent to mimic GOG Galaxy design. So I worked in an overhaul of almost every aspect of LB design, to adapt (as far as possible) to that look. Everything from SideBar, to Boxes and List Views, Game Details and menus were modified to mimic that aspect. SideBar New icons for Menu, Search, and Platforms. New visual style for count item. SideBar is now fixed to the left. Main Window Box covers are now "UniformToFIll" by default (but I included an optional file in the "Optionals" folder inside the theme to display them as normal (not stretch or cut)). Sub line is always displayed below the title, no matter what amount of lines does the title have. New icons in the main top part of the screen for Play/Edit Game, add new game, visuals, etc. New visuals on mouse over and selected boxes. Badges are displayed inside the image, I recommend using the "Simple White Badges" from JesseBlue (link). No more status bar at the bottom. Game Details Now GameDetails can be expanded to fill all the window. Fanart is now taking all the vertical space. Top section is now displaying the rating and the Source. There are two columns to show Game Details: The Left column will show the achievements The right column will show all information about the game Other Features ViewList: There are now more space between lines. ViewList: There are no separators between columns There are some other minor tweaks to mimic GOG Galaxy Design, such as the arrows in the main window (just visual). Installation Unzip into LaunchBox\LBThemes directory In LaunchBox go to Options > Visuals > Theme and select LB Galaxy 1.0 Required: Windows 7/8 user: Microsoft's “Segoe MDL2 Assets” font ( SegMDL2.ttf ) is required for the buttons and icons to rendered properly. (If you have it it will work but it’s not included here because of licensing reasons.) Optional: Lato Font is recommended for the theme to be displayed correctly. It is a free web font from Google and it is included in the theme "Optionals" folder. I included a modified version of the BoxesContentView to do not show the boxes as UniformToFill, just replace the file in "Views" folder of the theme. Settings guide VISUALS > BACKGROUNDS Background Blur Amount = 36 Background Fade Amount = 121 VISUALS > BACKGROUNDS > DEFAULT I recommend using the Custom Image = LBThemes\LB Galaxy 1.0\Images\background-01.png VISUALS > BOXES Background Opacity = 127 Uncheck "Colorize Background to Match Images" Text Outline Opacity = 128 Text Outline Thickness = 2 Uncheck "Align Text Vertically" Uncheck "Center Text Horizontally" Check "Show Subline" Check "Dynamic Box Sizing" VISUALS > BOXES > SPACING Aspect Ratio = 0.63 Horizontal Spacing = 17 Vertical Spacing = 18 Horizontal Padding = 0 Vertical Padding = 0 Text Spacing = 5 Text Lines to Show = 3 VISUAL > FILTERS SIDE BAR I recommend checking "Show All Item", "Show Counts" and "Align Counts to the Right" VISUAL > GAME DETAILS You can check anything you want, but I recommend checking "Show Fanart" to see the background and "Achievements" to fill the left column, all the other items will be displayed in the top or right column. VISUALS > THEME > COLORS I don't think this could have impact in the theme, but here is how I have it configured: Light Background = 45,45,48 Dark Background = 27,27,28 Selected Item Background = Black (0,0,0) Highlighted Item Background = Black (0,0,0) Highlighted Item Border = Black (0,0,0) Window Border = 100,100,100 Menu Border = 71,71,77 Foreground (text) = White (255,255,255) VISUALS > THEME > FEATURES Uncheck everything VISUALS > THEME > FONTS Don't have an impact in the theme. I included the "Lato" font in the Optionals folder inside the theme. If you don't want to use that font, the theme will use the system font instead. Note: I didn't test the theme with retro stuff, I don't have any retro games, so I please comment if you find issues showing MAME achievements or any retro related stuff. Also, not sure if it is just me, but videos doesn't seem to work in the game details, however I was able to see them by double-clicking the video container. If someone knows how to reproduce the videos in the same window I will be glad to know so I can fix it. Also music feature is not available by default, since it is taking a huge part of the top bar. It can be enabled by tweaking the ControlsView xaml file. I will work on a solution for v1.1 Thanks to Shadowfire for allowing me to use his Lambda Beta theme code. Also to Grila, since Lambda is a fork of LBPlex theme. LB Galaxy theme CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 Raviol 2021

This is a very basic startup (and shutdown) theme intended for vertical monitor setups. This theme was heavily influenced by the Big Logo startup theme by @Suhrvivor. The main difference being the background image is front box art instead of fan art, since fan art doesn't always fit real well on a vertical monitor. This theme is semi-awesome for vert setups, but the one place it kinda sucks is with Super Nintendo since it looks kind of ugly with the sideways boxart being smooshed. Because of this, I created a seperate Super Nintendo View that displays the fan art. If you prefer that look, you could rename that file to default.xaml and all your systems will open with fan art instead of the box art which would be very similar to the Big Logo theme at that point. To install, open the zip and drop the Vertical Basic folder into the Startup Themes folder found in your LaunchBox folder. In Launchbox, click tools then Options and scroll down to Gameplay/Game Startup. Once there, select the Vertical Basic theme. Theme should scale to any vertical ratios. 9:16 and 3:4 ratios shown here. There is now a non stretched version of the theme so box art will be shown correctly but may not cover the entire screen.

A LaunchBox Custom Theme I developed to help me understand the code behind themes. Because of this, most items within the XAML files are commented, which were added in order to help me keep track of what was going on. Sources of inspiration include the Lambda theme and GOG Galaxy. The notable item this theme accomplishes is the tab approach to the Game Details Page. Please feel free to use parts of this theme in your own creations. Installation Extract the Neptune folder into LaunchBox\LBThemes In LaunchBox, open Options, under Visuals > Main Window Theme and select Neptune from the dropdown.

This collection consists of over 5000 single cassette, double cassette, plastic clam shell, disks, and big box commodore 64 games. I tried my best to stay true to the original box sizes where I can, but this was an almost impossible task, so I had to compromise with some titles. Many of the games where released and re-released numerous times, so you will find in this collection many titles with 3 or 4 different boxes styles. Where this is the case, I’ve named the games with the developer/publisher added in brackets. I’ve avoided on the most part compilation and educational games, although there may be one or two still within this pack. This pack is still far from complete, so if anyone has any box art (inc spines) that are not part of this pack, please send to me and I’ll add them to any future updates I may release. Enjoy!

WoodPanels has the old school retro feel of playing games on an old TV in a room with bad, green carpeting, but golden wooden paneled walls. The video game console or platform appears above or beside the television to match that look and feel. It is paired with a set of 8-bit fonts to complete the experience. Designed for 16:9 screens on a 1080p monitor. Unique views for 45 platforms with game videos, game 3D/2D box art, and game cart images. Consoles are paired with one of five different TVs from the same decade they were released. "Wall View" for looking at game boxes on shelves is accompanied by the platform logo and image of the original console packaging. I've recently been clarifying and curating the genre list in my collection to be as intuitive as possible. I eventually simplified it down to 21 categories where each game had 1 genre. Problem is, when it was time to check out the playlist I made, many did not have a clear logo. I decided to try my hand at making some! The idea was to take an iconic game logo/boxart/title screen and turn it into the genre logo. This is my first time taking on a project like this, so comments and criticism is more than welcome! __LogoShowcase.mp4

Greetings all, I've been a huge fan of the Nostalgia video sets that Viking and Dragon57 created and have been using them on my Big Box for a long while at this point. A few months back I asked them for permission and access to the source files for the playlist set and they generously provided them (to everyone!) I've been pretty busy since that time but lately I've been working on various playlist/genre videos in the style of the "Playlists" video from that set. Feel free to edit them as well. Thanks again to Viking and Dragon57 for making these possible. I've made a matching Clear Logo Set that can be found here: Current List: Ace Combat Armored Core Assassins Creed Baseball Basketball Batman Castlevania Contra Crash Bandicoot DC (Comics) Disney Final Fantasy Football Golf Hockey James Bond Mario Marvel (Comics) Mega Man Metroid Olympics Pac-man Racket Sports (same as tennis other than center screen) Sonic Spider-man Star Wars Tennis Wrestling X-Games (e.g. skateboarding, skydiving, snowboarding, etc.) Zelda

This is a 1920 x 1080P scanline overlay that can be used with custom BigBox themes and such @1080P. I have not tested it on higher resolution monitors other than 1080P monitor so I cannot comment on how it looks on a higher resolution monitor but I know it looks great @1080P. Also if you are viewing the png file in a picture viewer program that has a black background you will not be able to see the the scanlines as you need a white background to view them best.
