This worked for me for Simpsons Bowling:

1. Launch the game.

2. Let it load until you get to the "bad" screen.

3. Press F2 and don't let go.

4. Press F3 and let go.

5. Don't let go of F2 until the game says "Eprom Initialized"

6. Let go of F2. That should do it.
   You may need to delete both the simpbowl.cfg (cfg folder) and simpbowl.nv (nvram folder).

Thanks faeran.  I am under the impression that the theme would have needed to be created using CTC, otherwise incorporating these would be a no-go.  Is that correct?

Very cool.  Is there a way to add these to an existing them, such as Unified, or is the Community Theme Creator needed to incorporate?  Thanks.
