Is there a way to show up the 3d box and cart in the same image set?

I have mine synced with HS and RL structure, it takes some time but it pays off.
I only changed 4 paths, wheel, box ,cart and video, at the end refresh the images and voilá everything is in the right place.

Sometimes happens with some updates it will copy over your current configuration files "cfg", inside the ui try to point manually to the location/folder where your bios are and press "save current config", if not... try to insert manually in the retroarch.cfg file.
Before updating ra save the cfg files in another location, in case something goes wrong!
