This means you are using a pirated license.
Email support@unbrokensoftware.com and they can help you out. Nothing we can do about it here on the forums.
-
It shouldn't cause performance issues. I have always had the details screen info disabled and never had an issue.
Beyond that I have nothing I can add to help you out.
-
You can download a Mame executable that matches your rom set. https://www.mamedev.org/oldrel.html
Or you can update your romset and use the latest Mame version to go with it.

Check for this mupen64plus_next_libretro.dll.
Looks like the name has changed.

Have you ever played something like SFII on the Genesis and the six buttons on the face of the controller worked as the three kick and three punch actions, instead of using shoulder buttons?
Yes, I believe the default binding is the 6 face buttons being ABC and XYZ, same layout as the real controller.

I don't remember.

The switch at the bottom where it says 4 3 PC, set it to PC.
-
Put the Hori FC into Xinput mode with the switch.
I have 2 Hori FC pads and never had an issue with them in Windows.
-
Did you edit your license file ?

At this point in time no one should be using PJ64. Use Simple64 instead, it's much better and no BS nag screens. https://simple64.github.io/

Don't copy or move, leave the file where it is. The emulator requires the folder structure of the game to remain and by copying or moving you break that.
-
When you imported the games did you tell LB to copy or move the file or did you tell it to leave it where it is ?
-
Probably not much you can do if the save state and save game files got corrupted.
Also, you shouldn't use save states and actual save game files together. Use one or the other, combining can cause corruption.
-
Yup, this is possible.
Import the video files as you would for roms and setup the video player of choice as the emulator.

Currently Snes9x (without year in it's name) on Retroarch and am I correct in saying it is listed as Snes9x_libretro on Launchbox?
yes

Then you have something setup wrong in LB.
Do other systems games work through LB with Retroarch ?
Double check your platform name you imported the games to. The platform you imported games to needs to match the name in the associated platforms list of the emulator.
-
In your screenshots you have the bsnes_2014 core selected.
I would advise using the snes9x core, the one without a year in its name.
Also double check that the platform you have your SNES games imported to is the same as in the associated platforms list.
-
Just so you are aware, the LB sub reddit is not very active.
-
The rom folder name doesn't matter, the associated platform name has to match the platform name the games are imported under.
-
Check that the platform name in the associated platforms is correct.
-
I just saw your post on the sub reddit and it appears you are looking for a pre built system download. We do not condone or support those here.
Locking thread.

Recommend what ? Download and install the emulators and games you want.

LB will launch the first file in the archive after extracting it.
-
Yes, it is still portable like it always was.
-
I don't know if this will work still but here is a portable zip of my Kat5200 setup I made a while back. It should just be a simple extract and go but I have not tested it in a long while, I still had this on my old PC.

LB is just a frontend.
