In your LaunchBox\AutoHotkey folder, right click and select New-> AutoHotkey Script. Open the created file with Notepad and paste the script into the file and save it. Right click on the file and select Compile Script. Name the newly created file to whatever you wish, I named mine Full Screen, for example. Place that file in your Yatagarasu Attack on Cataclysm game folder.
In LaunchBox, click edit on the game, choose YatagarasuLauncher.exe in the Launcher tab:
In the Additional Apps tab, click Add Application and browse to your compiled AHK script exe:

You could say that, frontendception!

You don't have to use RetroArch, but I would recommend it for it's controller set up, shaders configurability to reduce input lag.

also very helpful would be if I choose a Plattform (as an example) there would be a dropdone choosing possibilities (like in the retroarch emulator settings is available).
This is a good idea, perhaps this will be added in a future update using metadata from the LaunchBox games database.

Click Help & Support, then click Request a Feature. This will open Bitbucket where you can request features and report bugs. Remember to up vote your issue and post it here in the thread with a link so that others can vote for it too.

Yep, that is on the list from the last community poll, so Jason should get to it at some stage:

LaunchBox doesn't currently make those sound calls. You'll see how the sound files are currently named, that's all that work right now. Not sure if @Jason Carr will be adding more sounds in a future release.

I use the ProSystem core in RetroArch for 7800 and it works great.
-
You can use any emulator in LaunchBox. Which emulator are you using?
-
That sounds like a good option, and thanks for listing the issues you are currently experiencing. I am sure @Jason Carr will look into these.

On the contrary, the fact that .Next would be replacing the old interface has been communicated through official emails going back a few months. I have a mail dated June 8th relating to the release of LaunchBox 8.3 that states that clearly and it has been talked about on the forums since.

@Charco No problem, glad you like 'em! Mega-Tech System had Sonic the Hedgehog and Nintendo Super System had Super Mario World....among many other Genesis and SNES ports. All of which are on MAME. You payed quarters for play time, not lives.
I did not use them as the mascots on the theme though,as that would be stretching it.
Ah yes, I get the reasoning now.
Are you taking requests for more Unified style videos? I'd love to see ones for the Arcade, Consoles, Computers, and Playlists platform categories.

@Jason CarrAll done...you can find them at this link https://mega.nz/#F!6FBCmYKQ!gJxo_XCHljVOuuL8YloKPA
Edit:Uploaded them to this site as well
Thanks for all of these @RetroHumanoid! I am adding some of these to my set up now. I noticed that Sonic and Super Mario World are shown in the platform games video though, I thought these were just for MAME?

Glad you got it working

It could be that the view you are using does not display the clear logos. I would recommend going into the Big Box options and assigning a button to "Switch View," I use my Select button. Then, when you go back to the theme, you can press the button to cycle through the views until you find the one you want.

There are no platform category videos specific to the Unified theme currently, I just used four that I liked.
You can download them directly from the LaunchBox menu.

This really shows just how customisable the theming engine will be for LB, great work

Thanks for all you hard work on this @CriticalCid, I deleted all my theme videos and re-scraped from LaunchBox and it added about 1,000 videos. Looks great

I'm sorry I forgot to mention that I am able to load them directly. The roms and emulator work great when not using Launchbox. Those other emulators are great, but the reason I like Magic-Engine is because it's the only TG-16/TG-16CD/SuperGrafx, etc emulator with a cheat function.
It looks like the RetroArch core will support cheats from version 1.7.4 onwards.

Seems since a new beta has been released it keeps installing and launching to say there is a new beta to be installed. I have done this like more than 5 times to where now I have decided to click "No" in which seems mine isn't switching over to Beta 2 yet. Not sure why this is or whoelse is having this issue, but I figured I'd let it be known

Go by Monkus' tutorial here and you will have it all set up in no time.
