It's an action in Photoshop, does the 3d box first either pc Xbox or Wii then you run the second part and it converts them to 2d. I'm not in atm I'll see if I still have it on my pc and send it you.

ps, transparent area around boxart is still there, so boxes are showing smaller in launchbox.

If transparent area is removed like example here they show much bigger.

Just an observation, but if you remove more of the transparent background on the boxart, the boxes show much larger in Launchbox
