  1. Sega Genesis 3D Box Art View File Ok. So I tried to be as creative with this set as possible. There were alot of different packaging variants for the Sega Genesis. I think I got all of them right. Slide covers, unfold covers, pull offs, and Cases. I included tons of Hack Cases I made from scratch. I Included 3 different variants for Revenge of shinobi, as there are different versions for that game with significant differences! I hope you guys enjoy this pack, It's one of my favorite ones I've worked on I will upload the other Sega Mega Drive Regions soon. Submitter RetroKenesis Submitted 05/12/2018 Category Game Box Art

*These are available through Emumovies Sync and have also been uploaded to the LaunchBox Database. This is a collection of 2868 3D PC Game boxes I have made. A games list is attached. Many of the triple A games and collections are covered to the best of my knowledge (Call of Duty, Tom Clancy's, Battlefield collections etc...) There are also a lot of games that may be from country's like Brazil or may not be well known or children's games but I made boxes for them anyway because who knows when someone somewhere might actually want that particular game so why not cover as much ground as possible. I used the highest resolution available and paid for the privilege however sometimes even at the highest resolution the covers may not be scanned in properly and that was all that was available. If you find my work of use could you please consider donating to my Patreon found here: https://www.patreon.com/RobinLevingstone PC 3D BOX LIST GAMES COVERED 3D Box List PC .txt if a game you are looking for is not listed here try my Steam Covers that can be downloaded here: Also I include a tutorial showing how to make these boxes
  7. Hi all, I was wanting to make some 3D boxes for the SEGA Mega Drive that are not in the database. I was watching this tutorial and cannot find a blank template for the Mega Drive / Genesis. Would anyone happen to know where I may obtain one so I can contribute some art to the database? I should mention too that I only want the blank 3D template with no shadowing or spine as I have front covers and spines to add. I know you can get lots of stuff here but they do not seem to have the nice tang tab ones common with the EmuMovies and LaunchBox database. Thank you.
  8. Hi, I would to know if there was an application to make easily 3d boxes (in my case i want to make some europeans megadrive boxes like Soleil & Quackshot) Thanks

  17. Hi all, I'd like your feedback on my first draft of artwork for my upcoming MAME bartop build. I've decided to call it "ROM Runner," both as a nod to Blade Runner and a pun since it will literally run ROMs. The visual theme takes heavy inspiration from modern interpretations of retro sci-fi, with the Tron-like grid and purple/blue color scheme. Aside from the art itself, I'd also appreciate a functionality check on the labels for each player's admin buttons. "Credit" and "Start" are a given, and I think "Pause" makes sense, but I'm not sure about "Exit." It might be better to keep that set to a key combination that's not as easy to accidentally press. The control panel will definitely have four admin buttons, so I need to come up with something for the fourth button label. Thanks!
  18. Hey guys, I know many of you in the scene are into your cabs or would hopefully one day like to own/build your own cabs. Well I managed to get 7 cabs to give away to anyone world wide, so thought you may be interested Here is the details: I cant wait to see what everyone is going to come up with but its just awesome to be able to do something like this I know many of you are into your art and designing themes, so now its a cool chance to put that talent into getting a cab for yourself
  19. This project is a work in progress and is around 15 percent complete there are roughly 400 front covers http://imgur.com/a/ggYIl Alright so I attempted this once before with little success but this time I will not be bested by the notorious Famicom. For those of you not in the know I have once before tried to scrap together all the little pieces from all corners of the interwebs a comprehensive famicom collection. It was hard to do for a varity of reasons. One of the most obvious being that there wasnt (at the time) a comprehensive list of games. The second is that i myself dont speak Japanese (this is a minor hang-up but when you are sorting out games with multiple sequels without proper numbering it can be a tad bit frustrating) The third is that little effort has been put into such a project before. This is criminal. The historical preservation of art is one of the things that makes launchbox so special to me. My goal by the end of this project is to have a comprehensive cateloge of famicom art. First things first is that I am going to focus on the frontbox art of the famicom games. Everything else is secondary. I will work outward. The most comprehensive list of games comes from a little forum called: http://www.famicomworld.com/forum/index.php?topic=468.15 They are talking about japan only games. This will be the easiest to tackle first. I have completed up to the third year of famicoms line up the games i need left are below in the next comment section. Here is a FAQ's I got some artwork that you dont have/ I got some artwork that is better than what you: Thank you for making my life just a tiny bit more easier, post it down below! Some of the downloads aren't named correctly or just have weird names: Im aware, it will be fixed as far as I know but in due time. Again, I dont speak japanese Some are HD pixel perfect and others are a mess: Im aware, I always choose the largest and most clearest but at the end of the day i am doing this out historical preservation and this is all we got, sadly. Better than nothing I suppose. Are you going to do clear logos, screen shots, stuff like that One thing at a time.

  21. So, I've begun work on making custom overlay & "hint" graphics, and found a really nice pack some awesome people put together and made available over here at Open Game Art. I've attached the whole thing here (so we've got it in case the original host goes down), as well as some examples out of this pack in case you're wondering what these look like. These seem to be nice vector images, with most buttons 100x100, which is smallish in the grand scheme of things but just about perfect for use as on-screen help graphics. I noticed that a lot of Wii Virtual Console games aren't in the database or don't have separate artwork to distinguish them from the original. I made this template mostly for myself, but decided to give it to anyone else interested in using it. It's very loosely based on the cover art found on Nintendo's website. The templates for each system are included as well as 30 pre-made images. The hi-res TurboGrafx-16 logo was created by RingoStarr39 and reused under the terms on his DeviantArt page: http://ringostarr39.deviantart.com You don't need to credit me to use these, just don't claim them as your own. Other than that go nuts!
