I noticed that a lot of Wii Virtual Console games aren't in the database or don't have separate artwork to distinguish them from the original. I made this template mostly for myself, but decided to give it to anyone else interested in using it. It's very loosely based on the cover art found on Nintendo's website. The templates for each system are included as well as 30 pre-made images. The hi-res TurboGrafx-16 logo was created by RingoStarr39 and reused under the terms on his DeviantArt page: http://ringostarr39.deviantart.com You don't need to credit me to use these, just don't claim them as your own. Other than that go nuts!
  2. Hello everyone, I speak from Brazil and I am not fluent in English and I will use the Google translator to make this post, I apologize for possible errors. I have faced a difficulty / doubt in relation to uploading images to GamesDB more precisely images for Android games. games for android / ios are obviously distributed by their respective stores and in no way on physical media, so there is no cover, cart front's, etc. but I use android emulators to make it possible to run them on the PC and use the launchbox to start from it ... adding the missing games to GameDB I find the absence of a suitable category to place the images of the icons of the games (the same ones that are displayed in the menus of the cell phone and in the GooglePlay stores) so I started to upload these icons in the Cart Front category because it seemed the most suitable for this type of image and to be displayed correctly in the launchbox. but some of my uploads started to be rejected, claiming it is not a 'cart front' image, obviously it is not and this type of game will never have a cart front image The question is which category should I use correctly to upload these icons of apps for android / ios or if it would be possible to add a category for Games DB special for this type of app / games in relation to the covers I have searched for names like Zombie Tsunami Twitch Cover or Facebook Cover to find vertical covers in the pattern ation to the covers I have searched for names like Zombie Tsunami Twitch Cover or Facebook Cover to find vertical covers in the pattern so I would like some help on how to do this in the most correct way possible or that is creating a new category for these types of games in games db

I don't remember exactly where the source I got the images from, but I know it was an Outerspace forum user who gave me a mockup and I just edited it, Thanks Diego Peixoto! I'm sharing with you so you can edit your own covers as I do with releases. Basically are two models of covers 2D and two 3D If someone finds the sources of the images, I will give credit without problems, after all just got something ready and edited simply.

  5. Is there anyway to configure the size of the frame of a box cover for a specific platform or for it to be autosize in LaunchBox? Some systems have vertical covers, some have squared CD covers and that's not a problem, but Super Nintendo boxes are all horizontal and it bothers to have that gap around the boxes (as shown in the attached picture), and it's something that didn't exist in the previous version. I know you can configured it on options but it ends up applying to all platforms, and that's not what I'm looking for. I've searched the forums but couldn't find anything in here that looks like it, so I've decided to open a new topic. So if this has already came up, please forgive me and, if possible, leave a link so I can follow. Thanks!

  10. Quick question. Is it possible to prioritize which cover gets seen in the online database? For instance, U.N. Squadron under SNES shows the Japan box cover when I would prefer to prioritize the NA box for that title.

This archive contains thumbnails for the following Retro Gamer magazine issues: Annual 2-3 Collection 1-8 Issues 1-173 Note, there are a few gaps in this collection. Namely, the 'Collection' group isn't current and I don't have the system specific issues.
