  1. Machtendo - Default Boxes - Windows 10 Pro/Home View File Hey, all! I figured it was time for new default boxes for Windows. I went with Windows 10, based on official Microsoft packaging/marketing, and I included options for both Home and Pro versions. You'll find both 2D and 3D boxes here. Enjoy! 3. Default assets - Extract to Platforms directory View File Note: using these requires LaunchBox 9.10 beta 1, or above. The files in the attached archive are the start of my effort to create 'default' images for most of my installed platforms. Copy the archive to your <launchbox install directory>\Images\Platforms directory and extract there. Start Launchbox, select your matching platform names, then refresh all images. Any missing media in your same image categories as mine should now show up (you may have to rename some of the extracted directories if they don't match the platform names in LaunchBox). I modeled most of these on graphic types from EmuMovie assets. Please feel free to make requests, or post your own default images. The archive has files for the following platforms: 3D Nintendo Entertainment System Acorn BBC Micro Acorn Electron Amstrad CPC Amstrad GX4000 Apogee BK-01 Arcade Atari 800 Atari 2600 Atari 5200 Atari 7800 Atari 7800 Homebrew Atari Jaguar Atari Jaguar CD Atari Lynx Atari ST Bally Astrocade Bandai Sufami Turbo Bandai Super Vision 8000 Camputers Lynx ColecoVision Commodore 64 Commodore 128 Commodore Amiga Commodore Amiga CD32 Commodore CDTV Commodore MAX Machine Commodore Pet Commodore Plus 4 Commodore VIC-20 Dendy Dragon 32 Dragon 64 Emerson Arcadia 2001 Entex Adventure Vision Epoch Super Cassette Vision Fairchild Channel F GCE Vectrex Magnavox Odyssey 2 Mattel Intellivision Microsoft MSX Microsoft MSX2 Microsoft XBOX Microsoft XBOX 360 MS-DOS MUGEN NEC PC-8801 NEC PC-9801 NEC PC-FX NEC PC Engine NEC PC Engine-CD NEC SuperGrafx NEC TurboGrafx-16 NEC TurboGrafx-CD Nintendo 3DS Nintendo 64 Nintendo 64 (Japan) Nintendo 64DD Nintendo DS Nintendo Entertainment System Nintendo Famicom Nintendo Game Boy Nintendo Game Boy Advance Nintendo Game Boy Color Nintendo GameCube Nintendo MSU-1 Nintendo Satellaview Nintendo Switch Nintendo Virtual Boy Nintendo Wii Nintendo Wii U Nintendo WiiWare Panasonic 3DO Philips CD-I Philips Videopac G7000 Philips Videopac Plus G7400 PopCap RCA Studio II Sega 32X Sega CD Sega CD 32X Sega Dreamcast Sega Game Gear Sega Genesis Sega Master System Sega Mega-CD Sega Mega Drive Sega Saturn Sega SG-1000 Sharp MZ-2500 Sharp X68000 Sinclair ZX-81 Sinclair ZX Spectrum SNK Neo Geo AES SNK Neo Geo CD SNK Neo Geo Pocket Color Sony Playstation Sony Playstation 2 Sony Playstation 3 Sony Playstation Vita Sony PSP Sony PSP Minis SpectraVideo Super Nintendo Entertainment System Super Nintendo Entertainment System (Pal) Tandy TRS-80 Tandy TRS-80 Color Computer Windows WonderSwan WonderSwan Color Submitter dragon57 Submitted 06/30/2019 Category Platform Media

  6. Hi all, I’ve recently imported my GB and GBC collection to Launchbox. Everything just fine. Setting it up wit retroarch Gambatto and running great. The issue apparently came when I imported my SNES collection because in some way, when I now load go or gbc games, an automatic error message is shown. After looking inside emulator config I see retroarch is set up for go and gbc using that core and SNES emu seems to be linked only as default with proprietary games, not gb or gbc. I have noticed it by editing any gb/gbc game which shows SNES emulator as default for them but I can’t see the way of changing this as a default setting for every gb/gbc games. Any suggestions? Thank you!
  7. I want to know if I can move or have the images folder and video folder from the main launchbox root folder move somewhere else on drive? What im trying to do is use a RamDisk software to access the launchbox application Ram disk basic capacity is only about 1gb so I will not be able to use with launchbox.. what the application does is makes any application run much faster video I guess I might also need to move VLC folder.
  8. Hello, I am currently using Viking's wonderful Nostalgia videos with the BigCouch theme and it looks great. Though, I like the look of this far more. I am pretty sure the Nostalgia videos are being used with the Default theme there? Would anyone be so kind as to give me a little tutorial on how to achieve this?
  9. I originally setup my default emulator as retroarch. But i decided with the issues i have had with some of the emulations to just go with independent emulators for my systems...(ex: zsnesw). However when i play an SNES ROM, it defaults to retroarch. I have deselected retroarch in the "Manage Emulator" Menu, but it has not removed it. Once again to still defaults to retroarch. How do i permanently remove Retroarch from the "Launch With..." Menu. Thank you for your help in advance.
  10. Im trying to assign all of my buttons on my ipac4 within mame. The player 2 joystick down command is registered as key F. The problem is that within mame the F button is the full screen/window mode command. Is there a way to disable this within mame somewhere so that I can use the F button as my down button for player 2? Pressing tab to quick menu does not seem to show this at all.
  11. I believe I'm formatting this correctly for the forum, please inform me if I am not. I recently installed the emulation station theme. Under the theme instructions it gave options to change the view while in the main platform page. I assigned the button I wanted but accidentally changed the "Switch Image Type" default button of "none" to a button I don't want assigned. My question is, Can I default that assignment back to "none" and if so, how? Thank you in advance!
