  1. Hi, When I click on a game, the background usually changes to an image related to that game. Is there a way to toggle this feature on and off? Is there a way to edit the background image associated with a game (add, remove, change, etc.)? Thanks.
  2. When i install custom themes which include backgrounds for each platform, some of the platforms get the default background rather than the (in my case:) the Commodore Amiga cd 32, and the Microsoft Windows background. I think i know why this is happening as i checked the metadata for those two platforms and realize that almost all fields are empty. But the "Scrape as"-field has the correct platform selected. Which field is nescessary for custom themes to know what platform it is? I have two Bibgbox setups, and this problem is only affecting the oldest one (about 3 years old i think)
  3. So I've been doing a lot of fooling around in Retroarch lately, and I've finally been able to figure out how bezels work (for platforms and individual games), along with auto save states for some games I don't have time to do in one play through (Sonic on Genesis for example). I'm really loving that I can have overlays for 4:3 games on my 16:9 monitor. I have Dolphin configured per game, so some games are 4:3 while others are 16:9, all depending on how the extra space gets drawn (or doesn't in some cases). I wanted to see if anyone knew of a way to configure overlays in Dolphin. For the life of me, I can't figure it out. So any help would be fantastic.
  4. Hi, I'm currently working to make a new BigBox theme, suddenly; I ran into a weird problem; when I changed the platforms wheel from vertical to horizontal (using the code available at the documentation.pdf) whatever image type I choose, I only get blank text, I tried using other image types, but it doesn't work either?! This is the code if you want to take a look: <UserControl xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation" xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml" xmlns:mc="http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/markup-compatibility/2006" xmlns:d="http://schemas.microsoft.com/expression/blend/2008" xmlns:transitions="clr-namespace:Unbroken.LaunchBox.Wpf.Transitions;assembly=Unbroken.LaunchBox.Wpf" xmlns:coverFlow="clr-namespace:Unbroken.LaunchBox.Wpf.Controls.CoverFlow;assembly=Unbroken.LaunchBox.Wpf" xmlns:cal="http://www.caliburnproject.org" xmlns:i="http://schemas.microsoft.com/expression/2010/interactivity" mc:Ignorable="d" d:DesignHeight="562" d:DesignWidth="1000" HorizontalAlignment="Stretch" VerticalAlignment="Stretch" Style="{DynamicResource UserControlStyle}"> <Canvas Name="Canvas"> <transitions:TransitionPresenter TransitionSelector="{Binding BackgroundTransitionSelector}" Content="{Binding BackgroundView}" Height="{Binding ElementName=Canvas, Path=ActualHeight}" Width="{Binding ElementName=Canvas, Path=ActualWidth}" IsContentVideo="true" /> <Grid Height="{Binding ElementName=Canvas, Path=ActualHeight}" Width="{Binding ElementName=Canvas, Path=ActualWidth}"> <Grid.Background> <SolidColorBrush Color="Black" Opacity="{Binding BackgroundFade}" /> </Grid.Background> <Grid.ColumnDefinitions> <ColumnDefinition Width="42*" /> <ColumnDefinition Width="4*" /> <ColumnDefinition Width="92*" /> </Grid.ColumnDefinitions> <coverFlow:FlowControl x:Name="FlowControl" HorizontalAlignment="Stretch" VerticalAlignment="Stretch" Grid.Column="0" ImageType="Clear Logo" CurveAmount="0" CameraZPosition="6.0" VisibleCount="14" PageSize="6" ItemZPosition="1.0" SelectedItemZPosition="3.0" Spacing="3.5"> <coverFlow:FlowControl.CoverFactory> <coverFlow:HorizontalWheelCoverFactory /> </coverFlow:FlowControl.CoverFactory> </coverFlow:FlowControl> <Grid Grid.Column="2"> <Grid.RowDefinitions> <RowDefinition Height="5*" /> <RowDefinition Height="50*" /> <RowDefinition Height="2*" /> <RowDefinition Height="50*" /> <RowDefinition Height="5*" /> </Grid.RowDefinitions> <Grid Grid.Row="1"> <Grid.ColumnDefinitions> <ColumnDefinition Width="44*" /> <ColumnDefinition Width="4*" /> <ColumnDefinition Width="57*" /> <ColumnDefinition Width="4*" /> </Grid.ColumnDefinitions> <transitions:TransitionPresenter Grid.Column="0" TransitionSelector="{Binding ImageTransitionSelector}" Content="{Binding ImageView}" /> <transitions:TransitionPresenter Grid.Column="2" TransitionSelector="{Binding DetailsTransitionSelector}" Content="{Binding DetailsView}" /> </Grid> <transitions:TransitionPresenter Grid.Row="3" TransitionSelector="{Binding ImageVideoTransitionSelector}" Content="{Binding ImageVideoView}" IsContentVideo="true" /> </Grid> </Grid> </Canvas> </UserControl> Thank you so much for support.
  5. Hi! I have struggled to change the second monitor marquee image to Clear Logo insted of the default Boxart. Is that possible? My first try was to change Image Source in GameMarqueeView.xaml but without luck.
  6. I'm looking through the Launchbox directory and finding a bunch of empty folders. Where are the game images (box art, banners, etc.) stored?
  7. Quick question. Is it possible to prioritize which cover gets seen in the online database? For instance, U.N. Squadron under SNES shows the Japan box cover when I would prefer to prioritize the NA box for that title.
  8. In Big Box mode there's an image stuck on each game menu and game details screen that I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of. Ill post some pictures to see what I'm talking about.
  9. I`ve looked through this document https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wB80CH3zecXccfQ4Et8NxYa-G1bQuo7eo1YHvkYQ728/edit but I still a bit unsure on the stance regarding what sources of images are allowed. I`ve uploaded some, which have got accepted, but should the images be completely my original creation. E.g. A box cover which I have personally scanned, or can I be a high quality image from a 3rd party website, obviously, as point 10(a) states, with no watermarks. I think its point 11a "Must be scanned, created or customised by a user" which has may concerned. Thanks for any clarity anyone can provide.
  10. Name: Saturn Disk Image Convert Category: Tutorials Date Added: 2016-08-12 Submitter: lordmonkus In this video I show you how to convert and fix Saturn disk image dumps that come with mp3 or wav files which Mednafen does not like at all. In the video I use the audio program Foobar to quickly convert the mp3s to wav but @Zombeaver said he used http://media.io/ Saturn Disk Image Convert
