I hope that you can assist or perhaps point me in the right direction. I'm looking to set up Pinball FX2 within lunchbox. I kind of feel like it's a dead issue. Many have attempted but ultimately scrap the idea. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Hi there, I recently discovered LaunchBox and was really excited about it. Unfortunately, I'm not able to install it as the installer says I first have to install .NET Framework 4.7. But no matter if I try to over the LaunchBox installer or manually, the installation fails. The fact is, that this should actually be no surprise as I currently have Windows 10 Pro 1803 (April 2018 Update) in which .Net Framework 4.7 is already installed. Nevertheless under "Turn windows features on or off" I additionally ticked and thus installed the whole ".NET Framework 4.7 Advanced Services" but no change: the LaunchBox installer still wants me to install .NET Framework 4.7. Is there a way to solve this issue?

I'm curious if a write-up exists for best way to duplicate LB? I read that It's desingned so it can't have the same process running twice :(. But that you can somehow share media. Ideally I'd like something like how I use JoyToKey, where each computer has its own folder with "settings.ini" and a registry tells it to use that settings file, but the main exe and conf files are stored in a central shared location. Basically I want to setup a LB instance for my roomate to use via Steam Streaming Feature, but only have to update/manage on LB instance. So when I add a game to mine, it somehow shows up in the other. Whats my best way of attacking this?

Hi there, i am new here and right now working on the usability of my arcade cabinet. I made it primary for some arcade steam games that work with direct input, and also i did some Joy2Key profiles for the games that uses Xinput and have no button mapping. Just realized that i could not control steam big-box mode with my A-Pac arcade controls, because steam does not let you save your configuration, if you don't map every single button the steam controller has (i have just 4 buttons per player). Yes, i could plug in a keyboard or my steam controller, and yes i could make another joy2key assignment for the steam overlay - but i wanted to keep it simple. It should run out of the box. Long story short, Launchbox looked perfect for this! I found how to import my steam games but it always wants to take my whole library - how do i import only my installed games? Sorry for my lazy English, i am from Germany also i am writing on a list of good steam games for cabinets: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=851881369 if you want to help me with it (and also correct my bad language) i will invite you as a curator
