Hi. It's not so much a problem with my license. I have a Launchbox on an External Disk. But if someone were to have access to that hard drive and realize that there is a file called "License", could not someone copy it and activate it in another LB? ... I've tried it and it's very easy. Can you do something about it?

Hi there, I'm a new (and very happy) premium user of Launchbox and now that my setup starts to be nice, I'd like to share it with my friends but I don't want to give them the premium features because that would be uncool for the developers so I wonder if you think it would be fine to share a setup without the license.xml file? Thanks in advance.

Greetings. My first year of premium just expired and I was wondering how this lifetime license works. It costs 30$ to upgrade to it. What I would like to know is if I continue to pay for the yearly after 3 years would it become a lifetime license? Or I could pay as many times for the yearly license and it won't become a lifetime license and will be always required to pay 30$ for it?

Hello, I have been using Launchbox for over a year now. On September 29 my license expired. So I want to renew it for another year, but I see something odd about it. If I renew my license It says I will get updates until September 29, 2018. Which isn't a year at all. So my question is, is this done on purpose? Or is it a mistake and I should be getting a year of updates starting the day I renew it. Because I don't think it should go off my old expiration and add onto that. I'm confused about it.

Hey there, I had to re install my OS and tried to redownload my License.xml from the mail I got. It should be valid until 4 November 2017, but If i click on the link in the mail I get this: Is the link just expired? Or is it not possible to re-download my license? Thank you for you time!

Hello guys, I was just wondering if there is a way to change the name which the license is registered to. I don't want BigBox to show my full name and would rather see a nickname instead. Thanks in advance, Yirsi

So after annoying Jason and probably everyone else via E-Mail a while ago, i finally managed to purchase my lb-license via bitcoin. As i'm located in germany and don't have, nor do i want a credit card, i was out of luck with the current payment system and i'm not a fan of bitcoin tbh. But since that was my only option, i finally verified my account to a bitcoin shop (send in ID front /back, telephone verification, etc ARGH...), then i had to verify my account again to my bank for giropay since that was the only decent payment option the bitcoin shop had (WHY NO PAYPAL, WHY DOESN'T ANYONE OFFER PAYPAL?! ) Anyway, so after getting through this mess, i opened a bitcoin wallet and transferred 50,- € in btc to it. So now i could buy launchbox, right? NOPE! Sign in to stripe, scan the code, INSUFFICENT FUNDS... WTF? $ < € so it should have worked. My luck: BTC price dropped just as i was to make the purchase and my funds + transaction fee then exceeded the cash in my bitcoin wallet ... FML So i put up another 30,- € (minimum amount allowed!) to my bitcoin wallet and FINALLY purchased launchbox. And now i have about +- 27,77 € in my bitcoin wallet that i can hopefully sell again O_o Stripe Sucks, Bitcoin sucks, giropay sucks and transaction fees suck. But i finally have my launchbox license which is great. Sorry for the wall of text but this was way more complicated than it should be.

Hi, first of all thank you for this great product. I would like to buy the 20$ license with my credit card, but I would like to have some answers. For what I understand the license comes in the form of an .xml file with your name saved in it. Does it contain any other information such as my credit card info? I would like to install it on two or three machines where also other persons have direct access and I would like to know what is actually put in the license, if only my name or something else.
