Hi everyone, I am having some difficulties with getting my X-Arcade Tankstick to work in BigBox. I have not long converted from Hyperspin, where the X-Arcade was self explanatory and a breeze. Though, unfortunately I am not finding it so here. I have gone to BigBox > Options > Controller > and ticked "Enable Game Controllers" and "Use All Controllers". Where it says "Device:" there is nothing there. Is that because these options only apply to an actual game-pad controller instead of the X-Arcade which is mapped as a keyboard? If so, does that mean in the options I do not worry about "Controller Buttons" but just "Keyboard Mappings" instead? Also, regarding controls, using Nestopia as an example. I have gotten to the stage with BigBox where I can launch Nestopia full-screen into a chosen game but have no idea how to exit out of the emulator back into BigBox. Is someone able to point me in the right direction? Because at least to me it certainly is not obvious how (I am probable just a doofus). I have found other topics in the forum here about the X-Arcade from years ago but there were of little help as they were from a time where LaunchBox/BigBox seemed to not have compatibility issues with the X-Arcade? Thank you in advanced.

I have a Arcade two player with trackball for sale or trade. Buttons missing, but control boards, 2 tanksticks and trackball are still in place. You would need to add the buttons back and wire them up. Make me an offer or trade. you pay shipping.

Please help as i am losing my mind! I am having some severe issues with the x-arcade tankstick working with Launchbox/bigbox 7.1. First of all i was having issues binding keys in retroarch. Every time i try and bind keys it says error unable to save configuration file. So i moved on from trying to use retroarch for a all-in-one emulator. So i first started with basic ahk script inside the emulator edit tab. I used a few basic commands to exit emulator and remap a few keys such as alt and cntrl that are standard buttons on the tankstick. Launchbox/bigbox completely ignores everything in the autohotkey tab. I run the same commands in autohotkey outside of launch box and everything works great. I open a notepad file and all buttons map correctly. I also download fusion and set controls based on the newly mapped buttons and works flawlessly. I then leave it all as it's working, point launchbox emulator to fusion (works in standalone), and nothing works now. Everything works fine outside of launchbox and i am not having much luck with finding others with similar issues. I am so confused and it stinks because i love this interface so much, but if i can't get any help i will have to try something else. I feel im pretty tech savvy, so this is very disappointing. Can anyone please give me a hand? I thoroughly hate asking for help, but would be extremely grateful for any pointers at all. gk

I've looked around the forum and found quite a few people posting information about getting a tankstick to quit the games but I can't seem to get mine to be able to start one. I've tried all the buttons but none of them allow me to start a game from inside Launchbox or MAME. I can quit the game just fine once I'm inside it but I have to use my mouse in order to launch a game. I tried to go under the options to set a button but when I click the option it prompts me to "hit the button" but it won't accept any button I press on my tank stick. It just sits at that screen. How do I setup my tank stick to allow me to start games from Launchbox with needing my mouse? Also I've noticed my tank stick seems sluggish with the games. I've tried several different games and they play well but the controls just seem...slow. Is this common or is there a setting that I'm missing? Thanks.
