I had to go to the new Launchbox install, Launchbox.xml and copy from settings to /settings and paste over the same section in my main install Launchbox.xml, PCSX2 is now closing properly. I have no idea why this was an issue. All I can think is that is was maybe older left over settings some how over riding the new changes. No idea. Sorry I already scrapped the old .xml. I didnt really see this as a bug because no one else reported. Like I said I think it was just a setting issue from an older install messing up things.
