Luanchbox or Bigbox no longer start with Windows 1909!

Hello,
today I installed the windows 10 version 1909 update. As soon as I double click on the launchbox or bigbox executable, nothing happens. On the list of windows processes, they are not present.
What happened?

Any chance you are running MSI Afterburner/Riva Tuner? If so, add an exception to it for LaunchBox/BigBox. That has been one thing with windows updates we see cause issues. I believe though a recent update to MSI Afterburner does not affect it, but I would still take a look if you are running either of those.

So, I downloaded Launchbox v10.11. It asks me to download the .NET Framework 4.8. I proceed, install it and then install Lauchbox again. But at the end of the installation this happens:

Edit: The check mark on "Run this program as an administrator" was already set on the launchbox executable

Hello, I installed windows all over again (it put me back on the latest version: 1909). After that I downloaded the latest version of launchbox from the site. Install everything, just like it did previously. But when you then start from the following error:

Looks like a .NET issue.

Thanks, but that guide is old enough and inaccurate. Considering that I just reinstalled windows, making a selective boot wouldn't make sense. Then in the end, talk about the .NET Framework 1.1.

I repeat with the version of windows 1903 everything worked perfectly. I installed the 1909 and the problems showed up. There is not even a way to go back unfortunately.

That is what that error is, .NET, if you dont even want to try re-installing or repairing your .NET then i cant help you.

It is a problem specific to your hardware though as i am also on Windows 10 1909 and Launchbox works just fine.

They are all quite old posts, in any case. Anyway I tried with another test. I manually downloaded the .NET Framework 4.5. When the installation begins, it tells me that it is already installed but has been disabled. I would not like for this reason that from problems with Launchbox.
I also went to check the additional features of Windows 10. And the entry ".NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)" and ".NET Framework 4.8 Advanced Services",
have disappeared! In 1903 there were.
Can you tell me if those voices are present to you?

Thank you :)
