Vertical Align Boxes to BOTTOM?

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Can boxes images be aligned to the bottom of the bounding box?  The idea is to keep text aligned with itself (vertical-align text option stays ON) and force the box art to sit at the top of the text, instead of the top of the bounding box, thereby getting rid of space between box image and text when short boxes are displayed.

Without changing any theme markup, it's only possible to get rid of the space between text and boxes by turning off text vertical alignment, which causes short box text not to be aligned with long boxes - this makes it more difficult to visually scan text horizontally. And because boxes are now pushed to the top of their bounding, it also ruins the illusion that boxes are sitting together on a shelf.
