What would be a good software to make a good startup video? Making an animated movie?

I want to do something cool with a startup video using what i assume would be digital 3d models (Want to recreate the ps2 loading screen at a ground level for part), But I dont know any software in that area of expertise. This is a example video (I didnt make this please link  creator if you know who did it), but I want to know what sofftware he used for something like this
