Krakerman
What is it? Slingshot is an application for use with LaunchBox and BigBox to allow bezels to work with supported emulators. Can you use RocketLauncher bezels? Yes. You can create your own bezels like you would for RocketLauncher or ones that are already available in your collection. Your bezels can be named however you wish as well. Not only can you setup a bezel for each platform but you can also setup bezel for each game if you like. If no bezel is found it will run the game in fullscreen (borderless) mode. Future plan to be able to switch on/off fullscreen and bezel mode via hotkey that you can setup. You can setup a custom path to your bezels as well if you like keeping it portable. Do I need RocketLauncher installed? No. This is it's own application. Do I need to setup emulators with the Slingshot application? No. You setup your emulators how you do within LaunchBox. So your current emulator setups will work just fine. Does it support multiple bezels? Not currently not at this time but possibly in a future release. Does it support other features? Yes. Currently supports JoyToKey custom profiles per rom. Future plans I will be adding more features. Does it work with LaunchBox/BigBox startup, shutdown and pause themes? Yes. When will it be available? I will post progress updates here in future on status of this project. I am doing this in my spare time and mainly for my own personal use for my AtGames Legends Ultimate arcade and my Desktop PC setup. I want to make sure it will be a good experience and easy setup before I do release it to the community. Supported emulators currently: [Added 9/11/2023] 1. MAME - Currently platforms that are supported (More being added and tested): Arcade Atari XEGS Bally Astrocade Casio PV-1000 Fairchild Channel F 2. RetroArch - Currently platforms that are supported (More being added and tested): Atari 2600 Atari 5200 Atari 7800 * List will be updated once I add and test more platforms to MAME and RetroArch as well as other emulators. Notes: [9/11/2023] Project is back up and working again! 😁 Edited September 11 by Krakerman 5

Krakerman
[9/15/2023] Added per platform and rom ability to have a splash screen. You will be able to use these these to display (png) images right after the startup screen and before the bezel displays. If no splash image is found then will be just a black screen. This feature will automatically detect if the splash images exist. Edited Saturday at 03:25 AM by Krakerman
LegzRwheelz
This looks very promising. Do you plan to add Cemu and Yuzu support? Perhaps you can add generic emulator support with a way to control where the edges of the emu windoww are. I used to be an RL die-hard enthusiast (was a HyperSpin user from the very beginning and loved seeing HyperLaunch mature into RL) and I loved being able to set bezels for non mame/retroarch emus and it was relatively simple. IDK how hard it is to code and write this into your code, it is just a suggestion. Good work BTW

Bezels work exactly like RocketLaunchers do and you can directly use existing RocketLauncher bezels as well currently.
