ignore that sorry, moving the .ini file worked for that problem too

i have a similar issue, MAME loads the games fine through Launchbox but none of the my preferences are saved (video options/filters/audio settings etc). when i run the games through the MAME UI it works, and it says all the settings are applied & saved. any ideas?
