Sorry I should have been more descriptive. I was referring to the wheel art for each platform. When I open big box it just has a generic yellows arcade wheel or sometimes a joystick image with arcade text. I enter big box menu head down to view playlists hit enter and it returns back to normal with all the better wheel art fighting, flying etc. Next time I open big box same deal I have to go into settings and repeat to get the wheel art back.

I got it. I guess it didn't like the process over wifi. I wiped everything and started with a clean slate connected directly to my router and now everything is working. I did have another question though. How do you save platforms? Every time I enter big box the platforms fighting, flying, etc. turn back to generic and I have to go into setting and change them. Not a big deal but a little annoying. Thanks

Hello, trying to find a resolution to a problem with Big Box. When I launch a MAME game in either mameui or launch box the games perform perfect including gameplay and audio. Once I open Big Box the program itself runs fine but when I open a game the audio and gameplay are really bad to the point of not even playable. Trying to figure out why this is. If anyone else has had this issue I'd like to hear how you fixed it. my computer specs are windows 10/16gb ram/Intel i7/1tb hdd/Nvidia 780M Thanks
