Followed both of them to the letter, still nothing works

Hey guys. New to Launchbox but so far its been pretty easy to set up, have all the platforms I want running pretty smoothly. However, im having trouble with PSX Cue sheets loading, they will all play fine using retroarch, PCSXR and epsxe outside launchbox, everytime I try to load them in LB though, I double click and just get nothing. Have had a search for the solution but have only come across the "3rd L in the .dll file", in my current retroarch emulation setup none of my emulators have any "extra command line parameters" though they all still work fine. Would love some guidance here. Thanks :D
