[Change bottom image on default theme]

Just pinging this to see if anyone has an idea.

I am just looking for a way to show the controls image as shown in the above...

I am new to LB/BB.  Hoping to have someone help or make a small change to the default theme to be used.  The default theme has 2 images in the center panel...both are the same.  I would like to have the bottom image show the "Arcade - Controls Information" image instead of what it is showing.  That way I can show new players what buttons are used for the emulation.  I know this would need to be a new theme...but I am looking for some help (maybe a bunch since I am new to LB/BB, themes, emulating, and not a programmer...  .  In advance...thanks so much
