Entry point decode_URI could not be located (help)

So i tried "simply delete the VLC folder" and same issue? -
Starting big box mode it gives me a few entry point not found all in Launchbox\VLC\64x and big box starts in black screen, hitting back on controller brings up settings and i can pick all games and they show up? can any one help?
