I tried deleting the emulator and reinstalling as well as manually installing it. Neither worked. I downloaded the update roms for 0.285 and left them in their own folder and somehow it seems like this method is not giving me the error. Not sure why. Thank you for all your help!

I'm not sure. I selected for it to update the emulator. Should I download it separately and update it manually? Thank you for your help
