Another update, I have tried both in WMP and VLC but when games load up I still get blank screen with sound only.

The launch box works under WMP, but How do I change big box to WMP from VLC?

Still not working, I have sound of the game but no video,  any more ideas?

Hi. I am new to launch box and I have an issue with my screen. when playing games under launch box I have no issues. when using big box everything is fine until the game boots up and is a black screen. I have sound but no picture. is there a setting I have to setup as my monitor is a 4k widescreen. Its just funny that it only happens on big box and not the standard launch box.
