    New UPDATE Request - Translation of Meta Description`s Game in other Language

    hello, I had also made the request and I imagine that it is not a priority given the complications that it can cause.
    I am French and it is true that a description in our respective language is always more valuable.
    concerning skrapper I had only problems it works for a while but the double entry games do not work and it created some bugs for me.
    But a simplified integration of data collected on skraper (the xlm files) would perhaps be an alternative that could satisfy everyone, even if it should be up to them (skraper) to make the compatibility more optimal.
    all in all, it would be cool if one day we could use their database more easily with launchbox (against payment for their good service and to support them)
    anyway thank you for the work launchbox is a fantastic tool and the integration of retroarch is just perfect.

    sorry to have bored you in fact I found my happiness on the net

     

    extract-xiso.exe

    So i was looking for a newer tool to convert iso to xiso. I couldn't find one other than the newest version of extract-xiso, so I created a batch file to automatically convert multiple files by drag and drop.

    Here is the code, obviously you would need to change the E: and the cd Xbox to match the location of the files. Hope this helps someone. Also if someone knows of a better tool I would appreciate a comment.

    I didn't name games because I want to play more than one at a time.

    in the other direction your command line works perfectly.
    I'm actually trying to extract xbox game images into folders and then I convert them back to iso using your command line.
    but as it is I have to drag and drop my original isos one by one to extract them

     

    and I went to see the link but I honestly didn't understand much...

    Try it from the Windows Command Prompt (not to be confused with the PowerShell Window) on just one file to test.  You can't do it in bulk until you figure out how to do just one.

    extract-xiso "joes_game.iso"

    If it errors, it should tell you why. Do you still have the preexisting subfolder called "joes_game"?

    Hello your command line to create xiso from extracted folder is fantastic it works wonderfully
    would you have a command line to be able to extract my iso in xbe folder, when I drag and drop my iso games on extract-iso it extracts them but each time in a successive subfolder and after 5 to 6 games it crashes and stop

    also interested in being able to contribute, but as it stands this is not possible. if we could on the site have the possibility of entering several descriptions and scratching them in the chosen language with launchbox. (of course to leave English in priority language for the holes if for example one chooses the Spanish). But the translation would be done by the community after some time that would allow to have multi-language descriptions (each native speaker contributes to the translation) that would serve the launchbox database and the users.

    intéressé aussi de pouvoir y contribuer, mais en l'état cela n'est pas possible. si l'on pouvais sur le site avoir la possibilité d'inscrire plusieurs descriptions et les gratter dans la langue choisi avec launchbox. (bien sure laisser l'anglais en langue prioritaire pour les trou si par exemple on choisit l'espagnole). Mais la traduction se ferait par la communauté au bout de quelque temps cela permettrais d'avoir des descriptions multi langues (chaque personnes natifs de sa langue contribue à la traduction) cela servirait la base de donné launchbox et les utilisateurs.

    franchement bravo pour la réactivité au moment ou je chercher des avis sur le forum j'ai vu juste après le correctif (la mise a jour) en plus d'être un outil génial l'équipe derrière est passionné en tout cas moi je le sens comme ça, vous êtes toujours très réactif sur le forum en sachant que vous travaillez aussi sur le logiciel (pour une petite équipe c'est pas très courant ) bref ça fait plaisir de partager une passion a travers ce programme fantastique 

    frankly bravo for the responsiveness when I look for opinions on the forum I saw just after the patch (the update) in addition to being a great tool the team behind is passionate in any case I feel it like that, you are always very responsive on the forum knowing that you also work on the software (for a small team it's not very common) in short it's nice to share a passion through this fantastic program

    merci de votre réponse effectivement j'ai une alerte Microsoft est ça inquiète sur le coup mais Malwarebytes lui ne détecte rien et j'ai plutôt tendance à faire confiance à Malwarebytes (qui m'as déjà sorti de bien des désagréments) merci pour vos réponses et launchbox est un outil fantastique ont devrait soutenir la team qui bosse dessus plutôt que de mettre en doute leurs réponses. quel intérêt ont il a vous donner un logiciel corrompu si ce n'est de perdre des clients au final

    I know that this is not a feature mentioned but the scratching of game data in another language would really be the absolute functionality of this magnificent software that I love so much, for my part I translate my game files one by one and to the limit an option that retrieves users' game files and centralizes them in the Game DB database so that the whole community can benefit from them

    sincerely lauchbox is the most successful and most relevant front end for roms collector i do not regret my lifetime license but this little extra would be great in the near future or if not to be able to use the screen scraper translations in the launchbox without What a mess I hope not to be too off topic anyway thank you for this great job
