Need help.  Launch box and Big Box work fine last week. When trying to launch, I get this error message, for both. Please tell me how to solve, step by step.

When launching Dreamcast games on Launchbox and Big Box. It immediately says my library is empty.  How do I solve this problem?   All the artwork is there.

I need help. I cant seem to get my NeoGeo games to work.   They load up and play sounds but cant see any graphics. What do I need to do?? Thank you for your help.
