NEO.emu in Android Posted December 29, 2019 Guys. I have exported my Neo Geo CD collection from the desktop version to my Nvidia Shield. I have installed the NEO.emu emulator but I am unable to select this as the default emulator. Its just blank. No choices. Any ideas?
