[BigBox Shell doesn't load.. Blank screen]

So, my guess is that it has something to do with where you initially installed LB. I originally installed it on C and then later moved it to D. It played perfectly, up until I activated the Shell.

So I installed a fresh BB/LB in a different folder and set the shell.. And it friggin worked. So somewhere in my regular setup, a file is either corrupt or missing a code

I wonder what update killed it. I reinstalled windows and it still wouldn't load BB. Gonna try the old method .. stay tuned

Ran Win 10 now 11. Anyone who's running Bigbox shell not loading in? I disabled defender, it's set to admin.. Any direction?

I may already know, but is it possible to full screen a video theme rom if it's available? In other words got back to wheel defaults if it isn't.

I'm on Mame .251 as of now. I have the split roms. I did check the naming to make sure it's matching the rom. 

I gotta look into the files to see if there's a xml that shows mame rom name to LB. I bet I can modify one of the tools for HS to work this for me. I'll have to see.

I use 3rd monitor for the app to run the video marquee. I wonder if it's more of that software vs LB. I'll have to look into that.

I completely understand the naming scheme for LB, I'm just looking for an app that'll rename files to match LB. In other words, upload a MAME.XML and some sort of LB XML and rename the files that correspond accordingly. In HS, the media files are named identical to the rom file.

I have a ton of video banners that I'm bringing over from hyperspin. The names of course doesn't match LBs data base. Is there a renaming tool to assist with matching the mame database file to LB file names?

example:  "xmvsf.mp4" to "X-Men Vs. Street Fighter-01.mp4"

[Marquee Screen Resolution]

In case someone searches this and is having issues. To fix this, go through Custom Resolution Utility and set your resolution 1280x390 . The trick is making sure you plug in the refresh rate at 68hz. I will not recognize 60. Don't forget to restart once you do this. When you boot up go into (in my case the nvidia control panel) in the section of custom, you should see the one you created.
