[Big Box spins UP constantly]

I tried all the above and unplugged my x-arcade tankstick and still didn't work.  HELP!

Problem solved after i replaced the mame.ini file in the main Mame folder with the one in the \ini sub folder.  THANKS!

HLSL works when open games using the mameui.exe but doesn't work when using launchbox to launch it.  HELP

deleting the launchbox/data/settings.xml fixed it, thank you
