Is there anything not included for arcade thats needed to be downloaded as an add on to the mame rom and chd sets

I have the mame rom and chd packs. Do I also need to download cps1 and cps2 collections. Is there more than those that I need to have all the arcade games. I have all my console collections set just not sure how the arcade games work.

I’m not sure how the mame works either. The files are sv format and won’t load on retroarch mame

I have like 40 systems set up but can’t figure out wataroo emulator for watara supervision. The emulator opens but doesn’t open the game. Also I can’t figure out how to bring it up full screen. Is there a command line or something in the config file I need to change. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
