Can you please recommend a website for me to download a ROM package compatible with the mame version that I'm using?

I'm using this version of Mame 0217 64bits, I downloaded a package of ROMs called Mame CHD. I tried to open the game directly trough mame but I'm getting the following error. This error happens no matter what, If the ROM is perfect condition or not, I'm just not able to play.

Guys I just recently installed the Launch box, I set up everything properly the issue is when I try to play a game, nothings happens. On my screen appears '' Initializing'' and then boom back to the desktop in a couple of seconds. Help me I don't know what to do and I want to play asap. ?
