I solved my issue by removing 1941.ini file on my Mame folder

I don't know when and why this file is appearing in my mame folder?😕

What is the info blue screen that appear when starting 1941 game?

 

I don't have this 1941 screen with the No Nag patch from Insertmorecoins web site.
