I found a way to do this. In LaunchBox I went to the Mame high score list and selected all the games. I then right clicked and selected "add to Playlist and then "New Playlist". I then gave it a name and under the parents tab, I added the new playlist in the "Arcade" sub category. I checked in Bigbox and the new playlist was there. The down side is that you will have to recreate this list every time they add games that will work with the High score leader boards. I am sure there is a better way of doing this but this is how I got it to work.
