All sorted. Adding 'Process, close, supermodel.exe' under Exit AutoHotKey Script did the trick.

Hi Guys, I seem to be having problems with exiting the Supermodel emulator using Controller Automation. This only occurs when I have InputSystem set to rawinput in Supermodel, works fine with dinput. I need to use rawinput for multi-mouse support (The Lost World, L.A. Machineguns, The Ocean Hunter) as I'm currently using 2 Wii Remotes with 2 DolphinBars. Any idea how I can get this working?
