Hi! I'm trying to use the new sync feature on Windows and it doesn't appear to be working. I logged out and then back in to the cloud/launchbox games database. I clicked "sync my collection" and it ran for about a minute and I can see my games on the website. I have enable statistics sync checked. But when I click on the new sync icon I get an error: "Could not connect to the Launchbox games database. Syn status: not connected." I've tried rebooting but no luck. Any suggestions?
