[Trouble loading mame arcade roms]

So I have it correct, there is a little over 3000 working arcade games in world settings?

I have a complete set of roms 231unmerged. When I load mame it shows I'm not missing any sets or roms but when I load into launch box using the full rom set tool, select world and keep all checked.  I only end up with a little over 3000 games?  Any ideas?
