[Ledblinky won't load with Launchbox since 12.9 update]

I allowed Launchbox to update today to 12.9 now ledblinky does not load with Launchbox. It's still checked to be used and I have licensed version of blinky as well as Launchbox. I also tried loading blinky manually and it does not get any information sent to it now. Is there something I can do to get them to communicate again? Was this somehow fallout from the update? Anyone else having this issue?

I have a TV that rotates vertical so I had extra reasons for what I did but...... I run pinballx within launchbox for all my pinball games seems to work with keeping screens correct.
