  1. How did you resolve the ahk not closing correctly? I’m having similar issues. It started with ahk not exiting. Then some scripts started to not close the programs when hitting esc. Some won’t launch the games. Some that use no mousy don’t make my mouse reappear on exit. Really strange, I have over 100 light gun games on scripts with multiple emulators running perfect then all of a sudden ahk isn’t working properly and all hell breaks loose haha.

  2. That was the problem. Its works now. Thanks. Also wondering if you'd share a ahk script to launch sm2 games this way? I have :

    Run, F:\DemulShoote_v10.5.0\DemulShooter.exe -target=model2 -rom=hotd
    Run, emulator_multicpu.exe -f -L "F:\LaunchBox\Emulators\Sega Model 2 Emu 1.1a\Model 2 Emulator 1.1a\m2emulator\roms\hotd.zip"

It  only launches the emulator though not the game.

  3. I got the Retroarch ahk working but the mame ahk isn't. I checked my file paths and they are good. I'm pointing it right to the .zip but the error I'm getting is that It can't find any of the files that are in the zip file. I tried 2 different roms that I know work. example " c71.bin not found ( tried in timecris) ". Its not a ahk error its a mame error. any idea what I'm doing wrong?

  4. Hey I’m trying to create a ahk script to launch single games in retroarch and mame. Or a ahk script to launch games through lb/bb. I am just looking for a example that works that I can change and use.
    example:

run, retroarch.exe  core-… rom- super Mario world.
    run, mame Rom- time crisis

run, launchbox.exe platform- snes rom- super Mario world

im trying to set up a stream deck to launch games with the touch of a button and it works with some games but I don’t know what a ahk would look like for mame or retroarch.

  5. So I have a few PS2 games that I launch as ahk files that skip the gun calibration screen and work perfectly in lb but when I try to launch them in bb the screen never appears. I can hear it running but bb just takes me back to the menu screen that says play game. What can be causing this?

  6. I was wondering if anyone could make a theme video for a playlist I want to create for games I want to play next. I'm open to whatever you think is a good name. I was thinking something along the lines of: up next, on deck, next up. I tried searching but couldn't really find any on the site. Thanks in advance to anyone interested in making this!

Yeah that would explain it. You were squishing the theme and as a result squishing the video border even more. In order to make Unified look like Unified Ultra Wide you would have to know how to code to edit Unified or use the Community Theme creator tool to build the theme from scratch.

Okay I think I'll just live with them not fitting properly because I'm not using a theme that works with my set up until I have time to look through the other themes and maybe choose a different one or a new one pops up that I like. Thanks for the help!

Not sure about the NES as those videos should be 4:3 so would need to see a pic of what you are seeing. It is normal if you are using a 16:9 video in a 4:3 box. I think we just keep repeating the same thing. Already advised how to correct. The other option is to try to find a 4:3 aspect video.

Unfortunately not all videos will be perfect due to various aspect ratios used and how the theme creator made the theme.

Yea i understand what You are saying about the aspect ratios not matching up and that make perfect sense.  I'm thinking that some of the videos I'm using ( ones I downloaded on the forum) are probably 16:9 but the others that I had luanchbox dowload while importing the roms should fit but I have something set up wrong which is probably what I just posted about using ultrawide theme when my tv is not ultrawide.

  9. I think I might have figured out part of the problem. I'm using unified ultrawide theme and my tv isnt ultrawide. When I switched to unified theme some of the snaps fit perfectly. So I really like the unified ultrawide theme but I also would like the snaps to fit properly. Is there a way to set unified up to look exactly like unified ultrawide? I haven't messed around with the themes much since I got bb I found ultrawide and liked it so I stuck with it.

  10. I use launchbox to launch dolphin and my games but I can only get the wiimote to work when I open dolphin and the go to controllers/refresh. Then If I launch a game through dolphin not launchbox it works but if I exit that game and dolphin and then reopen dolphin and try the same game it won't work. Is there a way for dolphin to recognize the control is hooked up and synced automatically or will it only do that for dinput controllers?
