I emailed the address I found on the forums a couple days ago about changing the username and email tied to my license, and now I'm wondering if I even sent it to the right email, or what the estimated time to get a new license file is? Nearly a week with NO response? Shame, this program used to be good. Guess I'll switch to another program.

So I love BigBox, what I don't love is some games for some reason never downloaded their description that's in "Notes" and I'm having to go through each game and figure out which are missing by looking. Is there a setting I'm missing to see only blank "Notes" section?
