2 years late, but I was just having this issue, found this thread, and then just started doing guess work when I saw no response. My solution was to go to options and changed default secondary filter to none, then all my games started showing up again. If you are still having this problem, or if anyone stumbling upon this thread also has this issue, hope this helps.
