[Disabling ALL notifications in windows 10]

I have been working on my standalone big box cabinet and I've come pretty far with all the customizing aside from one..  I have changed my lenovo post logo, the windows boot logo etc.. but no matter what i do

with the registry, gpedit, I always get one notification that pops up and goes away on it's own:  windows firewall notification.  

Anyone else struggle with this ?  uac is totally off, Ive disabled notifications in local policy, all the usual windows settings etc... but it still pops up about a few mins after bootup... 

where else do i look ?

I have 3 playlists atm... the original Arcade with the nice background for the scroll of games but when I switch to my custom playlist, the BIG BOX background is there... so what I would like to do is make my playlist that has the BIG BOX

background have the ARCADE BACKGROUND INSTEAD..

I went hunting for all the images in the theme folder but Im not sure if it's an image in the main big box folders...    I basically wanna customize and replace the word "big box" to something else.. Im just getting my feet wet with this as I just purchased the big box license yesterday...  thanks friends!
