  1. I've had this issue for years and I moved away from Launchbox because of it. I've come back a couple of years on and the problem is still there. I'm trying to populate my NES games with cover art but it gets so far and then stops. It won't resume and even deleting the download cache starts the downloads again but it gets stuck again. I've had a browse through existing posts with this issue going back to 2020, and one of the advice said to only download from the Launchbox servers and not from EmuMovies. Even doing that, it hangs after so long. I've even tried adding them one letter at a time so all the A's, then B's, but it still hangs at some point. This is a detrimental part of Launchbox which is supposed to make it easier to label up your game lists. Is there any known workarounds or fixes for this that I've missed? **EDIT** OK, I seem to have solved this but I don't know how or at least why. I downloaded a new NES pack and took out the games I needed to replace all of mine. LaunchBox grabbed all of the covers I selected and also the movies and music from EmuMovies without any problem. I looked back at the naming of the files that were getting stuck and they were named exactly the same as my original ones so I really don't know what fixed the issue. Downloading fresh roms did the trick for me so thought I'd come back, edit my post, in case someone else gets the same issue in the future as I can see from pat posts that I'm not the only one that has had this issue.
  2. I've been using Launchbox for a while now but I'm trying to add a MAME ROM collection (via the Launchbox automatic installer) and MAME isn't seeing the ROMs. All of my ROMs are on my NAS drive, but I can't get MAME to see the NAS so I can't change the ROMs folder within MAME. Is there a workaround or something I've missed? I'm using Mame 0.242 with matching ROMset and MAME is on my windows PC with the ROMs sitting on my NAS. Even moving MAME to the NAS and the placing the ROMs in the rom folder didn't work. Thank you for any help...
