  1. i just deleted the duplicates with folder names from the data folder but would be nice if newer releases of launchbox revert this change , never happened before that dragging and drop a rom create a new xml with rom folder name , it just imported on the platform chosed , hope it did not broke existing correct platform tho , not had time to try all of them , just tried to importing new games on existing ones before noticed the issue of roms not appearing because of this bug , even reported this on report bug section but not get approved and seems post only appearing to me , thanks ( this bug only happen with retroarch associated games/platform )
  2. any news if this bug will be fixed in the new update? thanks
  3. seems is creating new data xml with as name my roms folder name despite having already also the one named by default as platform , never happened before , i think this why the error happen , i'll attach a screenshot of the data duplicates , before the latest updates even if for example had a gbc folder with gameboy color roms , dragging a rom from the folder to the launchbox window it import without creating new xml and used the correct nintendo gameboy color xml .
  4. after last updated when trying to import a game it not appear , if try again is like is already imported because on the window it non get detected , for make it appear had to change game name , hope can be fixed someway , before it worked fine , tried with some homebrew games on gameboy/gameboy color and nes , also noticed now when importing launchbox asking again for default emulator despite all already configured , i think the new update broke again something with retroarch , maybe a new update will fix these issues , thanks
  5. to me only plugins present are the ones launchbox had by default , not seems having that name the ones there , if meant pcsx2 itself i did not installed any plugins , is stock after downloaded i did not add any other things and not seems having plugins by default
  6. seems the error happen if a system is on reatroarch too even if not checkmarked as default and using also a stand alone emulator , tried importing a ps2 game which system core is not on retroarch and worked , psp istead still give error and retroarch have a psp core , hope this can help fix this issue , is very annoying , thanks nevermind , it still give error , like another guy said here , it worked only because ive waited some minutes before importing , weird issue
  7. same problem here after the new update , before it all worked fine , for me i have all folders with games/emulators inside launchbox folder and i just drag drop roms to launchbox and always worked fine , in these days only tried importing psp stuff using ppsspp emulator , probably it happen also with other systems but not had tried with them , hope can be fixed soon , thanks
  8. Launchbox is currently nowhere on any of the databases for these programs. If anyone can tell me what the results are of attempting to run Launchbox on Linux using the latest versions of these, that would be great. Especially with the recent frequency of WINE releases and improvements. You're also welcome to use this thread as a place to post your results, tips and warnings.
