Hi @skizzosjt, thanks for the comment. We tried this, however we received the same error message. We tried deleting the entire program and redownloading, and things are messed up even further now. We both our arcade cabinet second hand so never really set it up ourselves. Is it possible we can have someone login virtually and try to troubleshoot?

We have tried replacing the settings.xml file with every backup settings.xml file we can find however nothing seems to work. We even deleted launchbox and re-downloaded, and we're still receiving the same error message. Should we just delete the program and purchase a new download from LaunchBox? Not really sure how to fix this and need help ASAP.
