I set up a pasword withouth special characters, but Launchbox keep denying the connection, I can log normally at enumovies site

Problem solved, Thank you. It was may mistake on the importer box (path instead of profile name)

No, it's a platform like, Epic, Gog, Steam...I have many games not installed so...it appears i'll have to do it manually.
