  1. Thank you for the clarification! It is not such a big deal, since the search function keeps track of the alternate names, so if I search for "Agent im Kreuzfeuer", it also gives "Agent under fire" as result. So it is more of an optical aspect. Maybe in the future there will be an update or a plugin, that lets you choose German as alternate title, if there is one. I could imagine, that this is no big problem to program, but I have no experience in programming, so maybe this is a naive assumption 🙂 I really love launchbox and my collection is nicely sorted, so I will just change the name for the few games, I frequently play. Thank you for your time!
  2. Thank you! This works for the artwork. If there is a German cover, it updates the image and displays the German version for that. Unfortunately the title is not affected by this. If i add a new game with the priority of Germany, the game is added with the German title, but then it does not link to emumovies, so I have to first add all the games with Europe or North American Region as priority and after that, I have to renew the artwork with German priority. Everything besides the alternate title is then updated. Are there other options to change the name to German?
  3. Is there a way to choose the German alternate title name for every game which has one? I can do it manually by editing meta data and chosing the german title, but I would like to say "if there is a german name for the game, please choose it for every game". Thank you!
  4. I tried to download all manuals for my gamecube games via emumovies. I have an emumovies pro account and for some gamecube games this works fine (for example 007 nightfire), but for most of the others it does not work (for example 007 agent under fire). I have every gamecube game in the european version. My agent under fire game is named "Agent im Kreuzfeuer", but it has the launchbox db ID 5170 (https://gamesdb.launchbox-app.com/games/details/5170-007-agent-under-fire). My nightfire version has the launchbox db ID 5171 (https://gamesdb.launchbox-app.com/games/details/5171-007-nightfire). Both games have manuals at emumovies.com, but only the nightfire manual is downloaded. I tried to choose the American name for my agent under fire game, but it does not download the manual from emumovies. Under "edit metadata - media - download media" it says "game not found at emumovies". I can download every manual manually and search for the file under edit metadata, but this would take forever, since I have more systems than gamecube. Is there a way to tell launchbox that my "007 Agent im Kreuzfeuer" is the same game as "007 Agent under fire" (since it has the same launchbox db ID), which has a manual at emumovies.org, so that the manual will be downloaded? Thank you!
  5. Thank you for your reply. Can you tell me, where I can find these options? I think, I already have grouped game entries enabled, because my Pokemon yellow versions are all under one entry. Where can I find the "use alternate file names"?
  6. Hello, I downloaded some manuals for my gameboy games via emumovies sync 2.7. The pdf files are downloaded correctly and named after the rom names. For my pokemon roms, I have different versions (USA, Germany...). When I insert the pdf named "Pokemon - Red Version (USA, Europe)" like one of the roms is named, I cannot open the manual via launchbox. If I name it "Pokemon - Rote Edition (Germany)" like the German rom is named, launchbox can open it without issues. How can I tell launchbox, that it should open that manual with the name "Pokemon - Red Version (USA, Europe)"? Because all of the manuals are the USA versions, so when I insert all of the manuals, I want launchbox to automatically detect that there is a manual for one of the language-versions of my Pokemon red rom. The different language versions are all pooled under one entry for pokemon red, so I assume, that launchbox can detect that the manual for the USA version is also suitable for the german version? Thank you!
